this lady jaklyn monroe keeps calling my phone saying she is got court papers to serve me.and now a lady calls my work by the name jennifer monroe and leaves a message with my boss for me to call about court papers.this is crazy.what do i do to get them to quiet harassing me on my cell and at work.

It is a scam.... check out the payday loan scams on this website forums.. they will try to scare you in paying and sometimes will continue to call day after day..DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO!!

Recieved a call from a David Davidson from this number saying he is from Allied Litigation. Supposedly collecting for a payday loan. He flat out lied and told me he IS NOT with a collection agency. Said this alledged debt has been thru collections and is now with him and he is calling on behalf of their attorneys. They have left 2 messages w/ my boss after being told NOT TO EVER CALL ME AT WORK AGAIN..and told her if they did not hear back from me I will be served papers at work. anybody else dealing with this nightmare?

They just called my work and said they needed to speak to my manager. They lied and said they were calling from the courthouse and they were about to serve me papers. The broke most of the debt collector laws.

I received numerous calls from this number  888-475-0271 . Stating that I owe some kind of pay day loan. I wish they would please stop calling my home phone and harassing me. Something needs to be done about these people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! IT'S A SCAM!

The company that called me said "Thanks for calling United". The person I talked to was John and he was very rude when you ask about any information.
