yep, same here... a text message from an "unverified number", yet the # was listed IN the text message (in brackets). And then it said "This is a Sovereign Bank notice, please call 888-481-8182". When I googled the 1-888 #, it said it was a, airport taxi service at Dulles Airport in Virginia/DC. And then the cell # said it was from somewhere in Connecticut. I texted the #, not realizing that maybe the person's # was hacked. But as all of you, I have NEVER had an account at Sovereign Bank.

Yeah I got a txt message saying there was a problem with my Sovereign Bank acct. Don't have an acct with them.

The text message I received said it was a notice from Sovereign Bank. I have and never had any accounts with this bank. Call back number is a taxi cab service in Washington D.C. The phone number the message was sent from is a sporting goods business. What's going on?

Someone hacked this woman's account and she apologized when I called the 860-946-7269 associated with the 888-481-8182 number. She's been getting calls all morning

Got a text saying to call this number as they were my bank. My bank does not have my cell number.
