Keeps calling about a Tax Lien which is b.s.- Pat Bishop again 888-485-1610 was the VM she left. I already blocked this number so she called from a PRIVATE NUMBER. I answered and she said she needs to speak to the owner about a business matter. When I didn't confirm if I was the owner and asked what it was regarding, she insisted she talk to the owner about a Private Business Matter. I said "I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST" so do not ever call me again. She called AGAIN and left another VM to call her at 888-485-1610 x 111.
Is the IRS selling our business info to Telemarketers now? This is the only thing I can think of as to how this woman has my Business Name, EIN #, and Owners Name and Personal Cell phone.
Anyone else have any info on how this company is getting all our personal business info?

There is another one out there who is more polite that Pat Bishop.  Here name "Katy Perry".  Can you believe that.  These people will do and say anything to get there point across.  Oh! well guess she would be getting a call from my boss and that will leave her singing the blues because she will be BLOCKED.

Call shows on caller id as private number. However Pat Bishop leaves the Number 1-888-485-1610 Ext 111

Pat Bishop has been repeatedly told not to contact us.

this time when she left the message regarding a name.  We informed her that we have that handled.  After trying to inquire about private business matters she was asked not to call.  She became more beligerent and said she would call every day until she reached the owner because that was her job.  When I specifically said She has now been notified that we are to be removed from the list she would be reported.  she said go ahead.

I called the company Integrity Financial back and asked how to be removed from the list.  The person that answered was very appologetic and said he would speak to her and have us removed from the list.

I for one am tired of the sales calls for "the owner".  Even after being asked to not be called they continued.  Companies that pay by the call and not by the results should take a long hard look at their process.  Not only are you not making that sale you never will with these approaches.

"Pat Bishop" called our office and wanted a return call saying it was very important.  No purpose or agency identification.  Unfortunately we get these a lot.  Sorry "Pat" but you won't be hearing from me.

I work for a Fortune 500 company, in fact, a Fortune 50 company, and I received a call from this Pat Bishop person requesting to speak to a "robert" as if she actually knew them. I advised her that there had to be at least ten Roberts in my office alone and asked what this was regarding. She said "oh, Robert XXX" which is actually the CEO of my company and this lady doesn't have a hope in hell of talking to him any more than I do. I gently advised her of this and asked what it was regarding. She says, "a tax matter," so I asked, "are you with the state or the IRS?" She said "no." She evaded my questions, provided as little information as possible, and based on what I've read is not only a scam but an idiotic scam. Who calls the call center for a big box store and asks for the CEO? I know smarter three year olds. She was also rude, unprofessional and I could hear her talking smack as I took her off hold. Eventually she disconnected in impatience to, I assume, bother some other company with better things to do and customers to help. She provided this number: 888-485-1610, extention 111. This HAS to be a horrible company if someone everyone is complaining about on here still works there. FAIL!!

Jen Lopez calls and says "this message is for the owner. You need to call me to discuss your 941 payroll tax. Call me at 888-485-1610 ext.106." Well I don't own any business and she didn't even know my name to begin with....just this is for the owner!! Called the phone number after hours to see if there was a name to this company and it was IFA. The number she called me from was 303-485-1610 so that is a Denver Colo. area code that these scam artist are calling from. I hope they call back when I'm here so I can tell them that all they will get from me is a pinch of hair out of the crack of my a** and I will only send it to them if they send me a postage paid return envelope!!

Caller: Susan from 888-485-1610.  Left message to return the call regarding a very important business matter.  And yes, they are the equivalent of ambulance chasers soliciting through fear tactics for business.  They search for liens filed by the IRS for 941 taxes and such that are public record.  I have been pursued by several of them and they don't like to be told no.

"Susan from Integrity" called our office and was very pushy. She wanted to speak with the president of the company about our 941s. I told her someone was already handling all of our tax matters. She became belligerent and raised her voice at me, saying it was worth $30,000 and she was going to keep calling until she got through to him.

I told her she'd be calling for a long time because no one here was going to put her through to the president.

Yea I own my own business and I do not take phone calls at the office to avoid telemarketers and sales calls. I have my receptionist answer all calls and give all messages to me. She walked into my office and said "Pat Bishop called. Phone number 888-485-1610 ext 111. She said she's calling about 941's." But that's it. She didn't give me any other detailed information and didn't say the company she was with. I expect certain calls during the day, and other people who are trying to get ahold of me leave a detailed message. It sounded fishy, so I immediately Googled it - yep, some bullSh!t sales call. Needless to say, I won't be returning her calls!

Pat Bishop called today, and was very short with her answers. Asked for the owner of the company (me). When I asked who was calling, she stated only her name. I asked who she was with, and she said "IFA". We get a lot of telemarketer calls and I assumed this was the same from her demeanor.
She CALLED BACK 10 seconds later to ask, "what are you not interested in?" I replied - "Your phone call" and hung up.
She Called back again after a few seconds, and i lifted the phone and sat it back on the cradle.
The fourth time, I let it go to voicemail, where she left a message giving her name and contact information.
I don't think you will be receiving a call back from me, bi***.

All I can say is hahahahaha this is going to be fun now that I am sure they aren't important. They want to waste my time I am so going to waste theirs. I know it's immature but I can't help myself. They hung up when I asked them to stop calling :o(  They have been told we have someone handling it too. So I guess they don't really care.

My office was called too, and I'm a damn attorney. If you don't pay your taxes, liens are public information and do not fall under any solicitation protection act. I was extremely disgruntled after being continually contacted, not to mention that I look like an a** (though thank god I am not a tax attorney) because I was irresponsible, and now the world knows it. However, I owed 1120's, and they told me that if I restructured from a corporation to a Limited Liability Company, it could cut the debt in half. I let them send their proposal and the additional free information. Apparently, their senior attorney wrote an article on restructure benefits, which I DEMANDED they send as well. I consulted some of my colleagues and read the article, which was legitimate. Granted, I owe a little under a mil so the amount I will save is immeasurable. Now I am doing the research to decide whether I can do this myself, or if I should pay them to do it. I checked out their website, which I must say is slightly dated, and their facebook (much more clean with reference quotes, links, etc.), and they gave me several references which included some attorneys. I think this was an attempt at reducing my embarrassment, which I appreciate. Their callers are impetuous, however, in the end I feel that I am in a more informed position than I was before they harassed me.

Ok, wow! I will say that first I was PISSED! I have been freaking hounded by these "tax help" companies. Someone from IFA (Integrity Financial Associates) left a message saying they were calling the "owner" about 941 taxes. I called back to tell them to take me off their damn list, but I got John Bok, who actually turned out to be one of the owners. I told him I was so tired of being called and ended up telling him what was going on with all our problems. He LISTENED! He didn't bull s*** me and told me after we spoke in detail about my company's situation that in my case it was cheaper for me to NOT hire them. He gave me a lot of advice about getting returns filed to get rid of "IRS Substitute Returns" which most likely doubled what I actually owed. He sent me some free information and gave me some numbers that might help us out. He told me to call back if I ran into problems, and they could schedule a time for me to talk to their attorney for FREE to keep me headed on what he called "the road to recovery" :-). I felt soooo much better after we talked, and I am working on filing my returns. If it turns out I need their help, I am definitely calling that man back.

Getting slammed with calls from these cons at work today. JOHN BOK and ERIC JOHNSON. Trying to get our fax number, pulling the 941 form scam. Four calls in an hour. Just picking up and hanging up on them. Also call from 303-485-1610. It's great that everyone complains on here, but we all need to report them to the FCC too. And we're on the do not call list. I hope they get fined/closed down. They're awfully sarcastic and cocky for telemarketers with loser jobs.

Yup, Pat Bishop.  Said she was from the IRS, which she was not.  We have already settled our tax dispute with the IRS and paid them, so they don't even have current information.  (If someone leaves a phone number, type it into Google and hit search before calling them back.)

I suppose these folks may actually offer some value, but they seem to be pure ambulance chasers and probably ghouls.

If you have tax issues, find a local CPA or tax attorney, preferably one with IRS employment experience.  No reason to go outside your local area, since the tax collection officer will be working out of  your local IRS office and that is who you will have to deal with.

I have actually found the IRS agents, in general, to be pretty reasonable, within the limits of their authority.  In general, don't volunteer, but answer their questions.  This all changes if they think you are lying to them.

This number is owned by Integrity Financial Associates/Integrity Financial Services located in Longmont, CO.  I went to the trouble to research all of these types of companies.  Names, addresses, google research, BBB research, and in some cases supreme court research.  Thousands of people hire these companies every month.  I tried to be as impartial as I could, ?just the facts.?  Some of them have multiple locations, and some of them have multiple names in the same location.  14 Linked reviews for all the companies are at the bottom of the article.

If you want to read the article, google ?integrity financial associates complaints? and scroll through the results until you see:  irsbacktaxhelp.wordpress.com and click, might be on the second page of results.  It will help spread the word.

We have also been receiving calls from Pat Bishop. And yes, she sounds like it is soooo urgent, matter of life and death. When I said we weren't interested, she said she needed to speak directly to the owner of the company (I am partner) and would keep calling back until she was able to talk to him! Unfortunately, now they are calling from a different number. A guy named Cliff and he is VERY pushy! Does not take no for an answer!

I have gotten several calls from this company.  I work for a company that is in very close contact with the IRS.  The first time that they called, "Pat Bishop" said she was from IFS (had to ask her three times to repeat herself because she was trying to make it sound like she was saying IRS) and wanted to speak with the person in charge of the payroll taxes.  That is myself, so I indulged her for a moment.  I work for a telemarketing company so I could tell from the start of the call that she was a telemarketer.  I explained that we already had this matter under control and were working with the IRS very closely.  When I refused to answer any more of her questions, she proceeded to tell me that clearly I was not the correct person to speak with and that she would continue to call back until she was able to reach the owner of the company.  She has called mutliple times since then and when one of my colleagues tells her that she must speak with me, she becomes very annoyed.  She just left a very unproffessional voice mail for me as well.  DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I been receiving calls from this lady too. She does not give up and keeps calling even though she knows we are not interested in her services.
she insisted that she was going to keep calling until she speaks to the right person that would get her 941 tax reduction forms.
She is calling from Integrity Financial Associates. What upsets me the most is that she is not a professional person, she interrups when Im speaking, never tells you her companie's name, evasives all questions, bombard you with questions that are stupid and non sense and at the end says this is URGENT and needs a call back.
OMG, KEEP Dreaming Lady, You will never receive a call from my company.
If that is the kind of people that Integrity Financial Associates hire, pleople like her with attitude,  rudeness ,  unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, I dont want any business with them.

1-888-485-1610 ext 112 Deborah from IFA, called several times in one hour trying to get ahold of a controller, CPA, and the owner of the company. Complained that she could not reach anyone on any of her previous calls and it was very important she speak to someone. She became irritated when I asked for her phone number and huffed when I informed her that no one was available for her phone call
