Fraud credit card re-activation required. Someone is war dialing the San Diego area and telling them to call this number or the credit card will be deactivated.

Same BS as the first response.

Automatic Call rec'd saying my credit card has been deactivated, and to call this number to reactivate it.
I don't have a card with the credit card company.
I called the #.  Didn't announce their company's name and immediately asked for my credit card #.
