Question, I got a call from an unknown number telling me that I needed to call the attorneys back at 888-491-6268 or that I will be served a summons? Is this a scam?

I received a call from a Hilary Swing saying that she is going to send me a court summon for fraud of checks unless I return a "ROF" paper. Is there such a thing? I don't know who the creditor is. She didn't even say either. I thought they couldn't harrass you with things like that. If I had all the money to pay you then believe me I would so I can be rid of you! I guess someone almost dying from being pregnant to the point of giving birth a month early and having to quit working is not a good excuse for them. Any one have some advice? Thanks!

got a very rude call yesterday from this number... claiming that I had to get ahold of my daughter in regards to her being served with court documents and they claimed they cant get ahold of her at her work place........ told me to tell her that this was her notice that she was now "served" with a summons....bunch of bulls*** I called the number back and its says it is CRS credit report services? pewople are jerks
