I received a call at work stating I would be served while at work. I did not beleive it for a second I just knew it was a scam. I ignored it kept working, low and behold I had a process server come serve me. How embrassing. I had to go to court and pay triple what my original loan was. LESSON LEARNED

me too... i was sure it was a scam but i was wrong... i ended up getting served for court and my loan was only 500.00 after court cost and these crazy fees,the judge granted them 1800.00.... never again will i apply for a payday loan :(

i too got a call from them about a month ago, i thought it was a scam and just ignored them, now i wish i hadnt ignored this call b/c 3 days later a gentleman was at my door and i was served for court, i just went to my court date yesterday and origainly my loan was 300.00, but once i got to court i was charged 2 times the amount of my loan plus fees, my total to pay back by the judge was 1390.00.... and here at xmas time!!!!

This person call me say I owe 1300 on a loan that was had back two years ago ,but could tell the name of the company and said that if I did not pay he would that me to court .
