Is this for real they would not send me any information by mail and no address on the e mail should I be worried

David Chase of Meyer, Kahn & Associates called my cell in re: to a delinquent PDL.  Wanted to make pymt agrmt instead of filing against me in court and then have to serve me.  I stated that I would be happy to make a payment arrangement after I received a validation of the debt in the mail.  He got angry and stated that this is a "stall tactic" on my part and he would have me served within 48 hours and hung up on me.  I called back and he answered the phone "Hello, Ms. _________" (insert my real last name).  I politely asked to clarify whether he was going to act according to the law and send me a validation of debt so we could set up payment and he again cut me off and said that he would have me served within 48 hours and to please not call his office again.  I reported to my local AG - Consumer Protection Dept. and am reporting to the IC3 division of the FBI today.  Do not let them fool you.

I also have been getting calls from this company on my cellphone and they have even been calling my place of employment leaving nasty messages with anyone that answers the phone and I have asked them several times not to call my place of employment but they continue to call. I gotten calls from David, Jeff and some lady named Kelly who claim to be calling from A1 process and investigation and that they will be filing a lawsuit against me and will be at my home or job to serve me papers. I show no records of their being a lawsuit against. I will be reporting these people to Federal Trade Commission and to the Better Business Bureau.

I received a voice mail from someone claiming to be Kelly Wright with a private courier service stating I would be served with sealed documents tomorrow, 1/11. She left a claim number and this phon number. When I called I spoke David Chase stating that he was from some company called Mayor Con & Associates, representing America Web Loan and he was contacting me to collect on a loan I took out on 4/5/2012 and he gave an e-mail address for me that I had never heard of. I told him that was not my e-mail address and did not take a loan out and he said I was responsible for the payment of the loan and to look for documents tomorrow. I asked him where the documents would be delivered to and he hung up on me. I called him back and asked if we were disconnected or if he hung up on me and he said he hung up on me cause he was eating lunch. Wait, you called me to harass me about this then hung up on me when I asked questions cause your eating lunch? Very professional! I asked him again where the documents would be delivered to because I wanted to have the authorities here to get them involved in his scam and again he hung up on me. Before he hung up on me the first time I told him I googled this phone number and it's all over the internet that this is a scam and I will be reporting him to the Federal Trade Commission.

Did you get any info on this? I just rec'd a call from this same guy.

Shills from the scam agency often follow these boards and post here saying they got served with the papers and wished they hadn't listened to the others who say it's a scam.

Trust me....it IS a scam.

I recieved a call and also attempted to contact the office. Was finally able to reach a representative it turns out the judgement I recieved was in a pending state, to be honest I had forgotten all about loan I had taken it. The rep I spoke with in claims was very understanding but a little impatient because of a busy day.  By then end ofoofour convo I was able to patch up my mistake I had made and dave even got authorization for a settlement that saved me 400 dollars (100 less than my original loan). My advice to anyone that gets a call is to speak with David in claims and dont be afraid to ask questions because he never even spoke of a settlement until I brought it up! As for credit scores my loan did end up hitting mine but Dave took care of it with the Fcb. It took a little time to take care of the issue but was a great relief and money saver in the end!

I just received a call from a David Chase stating that he was from some company called Mayor Con & Associates. He indicated that this was the final attempt for them to contact me on a case number for a judgement in my name. If I didn't call today I will receive a summons on Monday Dec 3, 2012 between the time of 12-3pm and I needed to be their with an ID for verification. I have no idea what this is about because I never received anything stating that I had a judgement placed on me for a debt and when I pull my credit I don't see any judgements. If you haven't received anything or had any success in calling. I am not going to worry about. If they come to my house on Monday I guess we'll see what happens.

We have been receiving calls from this company stating we are going to be collected on and served with papers. We were to be served today and called the local county clerk and there is no judgement against us. When I call this number back there is no answer.

I got a call at work form this company advising me of a civil dispute being filed against me on some loan I took out on a bank account I closed with Bank of Oklahoma which my ex has been using my account numbers and taking out loans.  This guy wanted 710.00 up front, I have never taken out a loan for $710.00 and then started talking about court costs and all.  I told him I could not pay that so he said he would speak to his supervisor to get a rate reduction to 25% per month which would result in 177.50 per month.  I only make $15.00 per hour and they wouldnt listen to the fact that I have a lot of bills to pay out!  Now I'm sure if this loan was taken out it was not for 710.00, it may have been 300 or 400, but not 700!  Since I dont have credit and have filed bankruptcy, how could I get some a large loan?  My point is I owe a lot of people and Im trying to pay them off to the best I can, but he would not work with me and I can only pay 40.00 to 50.00 per month.  The 177.50 would buy me medical insurance to take care of my high blood pressure and monthly doctor visit of 125.00 each  time I go not including the cost for blood pressure medications!  I am going to talk to an attorney about filing chapter 13, like I said I dont have the money for the 177.50 but can pay $50.00/ I will do an expense report and you will see that I dont have this kind of money unless I just let my utilities go and starve myself without groceries!
