The guy is an imposter. Calls and says his names is Sean Clark and he has legal documents from XYZ county court. I called the court and they never heard of him. He is a low life bill collector and nothing else.
Ignore this caller most of his calls come up on caller ID as Restricted. I also reported him to the county.

I received several of the same calls over a two day time period looking for my ex-husband.  A person claiming to be Sean Clark, from Camden County Legal Courier, even went so far as to say he was at my home, and described my house. I called the number he left (888-506-1687) and a man named Tony Bello answered the phone asking me for information.  Of course, because he was looking for my ex, declined to speak with me.  It sounded like he was at home because I could hear a TV in the background.

These idiot companies are trying to get payments from me for a bill which has ALREADY BEEN PAID! Yet they have several other #s they go by as well. This bill was for a an advanced payment loan which was paid in FULL over a year ago. They are saying that they have a court order for me to appear in court, they have papers for me for a restraining order IN OHIO. HAVE ONLY GONE THROUGH IN THE 80'S ON BUS TOUR. I ONLY KNOW ONE PERSON IN OHIO and he and I are friends. They have been after me for several months for bogus issues and not once have I had papers served. ONLY THE SHERRIFF'S DEPT CAN SERVE THESE PAPERS. I HAVE ASKED TO PRODUCE THESE PAPERS AND THEY HAVEN'T. Also a friend of mine who's husband has been a police officer and is now deputy sheriff had listened to these calls and said they are CRAP! Also if you get these calls, report them -- go to: your state's DEPT. OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTION'S WEB SITE AND THEY WILL TRY AND DO RESERCH ON THESE IDIOT'S. DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS!   IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

I just got the same call about a court notice and called back the number. Believe me, they are not fishing for info.  They already have all your info!  They had all mine including social security #, addresses, and phone numbers.  Also, they don't serve you over the phone, so I scheduled the courier to meet me at my work on my lunch break.

I received a phone call yesterday saying the exact same thing about being served and about appearing in court.  My husband called a lawyer and he said these are companies fishing for information about where you live and this is possibly on a past debt and definitely do not call them back.  He also said you can not be served over the phone.   Scared me so bad I didn't sleep all night and still worked up.  I have no idea what he would be calling about.

I called the # & gave them the claim# the courier left. Everything seems on the up and up.  I spoke to Mr. Taylor and we got everything straightened out.  FYI...definitely not a scam.

So it seems the calls we are getting is from a courier service, not an actual process server. A guy named shawn called me at work (ugh), but at least he was nice & polite and gave me this # to call for more info.  I had no idea a claim was filed against me so I will definitely give 'em  call and see what this is all about.  I'll keep you guys posted....

These are process servers who have NO idea where you live or work. They are idiots that don't have any information on you at all are trying to scare you into calling and giving them your information. No one wants to be embarrassed at their job. Don't fall for it! Don't call them back, just ignore them.

This dude in the Phoenix, AZ metro area named Travis called me yesterday and today but is asking for another name besides mine.  He says that he is giving "me" a heads up that he has court paperwork attached to "my" name and SS# and will be stopping by "my" place of employment and home to serve "me"...  Lmao  Second call he says he is giving "me" another chance to contact them because I did not call yesterday.  He then states that he will serve "me" at my place of employment or home no later then Monday the 4th and to please be available... Ended both calls saying that "I" have been notified.. Seriously Travis?? You Big Dummy.. #1 You cant give notice to anyone over the phone.. #2 Apparently Travis has no idea where that person lives or works, because they don't give someone a heads up so they can avoid service.  Apparently Travis has NO IDEA how to be a process server..  Lol

I rcvd the same call as everyone else. Made me feel like they were going to ARREST ME!  ??  wtf.

888-506-1687 Received a call from this number claiming to be a legal courier and had some papers to sign to appear in court the caller id show as an unknown number and at the end the message state you have been notified.

I also received a call unknown but left me the 8885061687 number to call also said they were
A legal courier an had papers for me sign about going to court
At the end of the voicemail they said I have been notified . Who are these people
Said they were going to show up at my work . If I did not contact them . I never known of anybody with legal papers to call you and leave a message as he did .
