Called my cell phone saying it is from Family video and that my videos are past due. I have been getting other calls from Family Video from a different number as well.

I didn't answer this call as I didn't recognize it, but when I tried to return the call I kept getting that "all your long distances lines are busy" which is bull, because I could call other 888 numbers.
