Yes, got this call from 888-510-5476 on 4-8-14.  Interestingly, it was directly after I made a call to order Chinese take out.  I've been suspicious of this type of activity, and am wondering if there is somehow a way for these scammers to make use of numbers that you call, or somehow pick up the fact that you've just used your phone and are more likely to pick up.   I picked up, but did not say anything, then hung up.

New way to get personal information, I'm sure.  

BTW, it is a known fact that out of country callers can make it look like they are in the country due to a way to have a local number show up when they call.  this is mostly recruiters from India that look like they are calling from within the country.  

Just got a call from this number and a guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from "Medical Services". I hung up. I have gotten calls from them before and it is some kind of scam. The last time he said he was calling about bladder sling surgery and I said I had never had surgery ever in my life then he said he was calling about dangerous birth control and I hung up. I have blocked all the other numbers they call from and they change numbers and continue to call.

I just got the call myself.  I asked for his supervisor and he changed his voice and said he was the supervisor.  Amazing.

Random caller who would not identify himself, let alone know much english to communicate.

Called, I grabbed phone expecting it to be someone else and did not check the number. It waited for a brief second and then went to an autodialed format. A foreign female voice started to say 2-3 words and then was cut off.  I assumed the scammer wanted me to call back to reconnect.

Received a call, the same individual with the phone #800 813 6021 and now using 888 510 5476 identifying himself from Medical Services Claims.  I told him they are not a third party billing services and to quit calling and stay off the phone lines. I asked him for legitimate Name; however none was provided.

some med company keeps calling. doesnt speak english told them im on no cal list but they keep calling.

Just received a call from 888-510-5476 on my work phone. Are they just dialing numbers at random? I answered but nobody replied. After reading this, I think I'll just block the number.

They have called me twice so far about Medical Compensation. The person could barely speak english. I told him, I'd like you to take me off your list. He goes well this is about medical compensation. I said, did you not understand?! I want you to take me off your list. Then I hung up...I'm sure I'll get more calls every day

I want these annoying calls stopped.

I am receiving lots of these such calls. some from Ca, Fla, Ga, etc, some have numbers and some unknown. I refused to answer for a long time but decide to answer and start telling them they will be turned in if they don't quit. just told this one to quit, I am tired of them calling my cell, they are using my minutes up, take me off their list. they are harassing me. Something needs to be done about these people. I guess our cell company has sold our number out. I sure didn't give it out. Would like some help here.

This is some scam/spam that has a Chinese accented person calling on some medical device or service.  I've never listened long enough to find out.  This guy calls relentlessly.  At first, it was No Caller ID.  Because I have ONE friend who has her number blocked, I answered.  Arrrgggghhhh!  After the second hit, I declined to answer.  He has now moved up to the 888 number listed above, but it still says "unknown," but there are a lot of 800 numbers that are "unknown, " such as Verizon's customer survey which is an 855 number.  He needs to be shut down!
