I got a postcard claiming to be from Delta Airlines, claiming "You have been selected to receive 2 round trip airfares to most major airports in the continental US. Call within 48 hours, you will also receive as a bonus 3 day 2 night hotel stay!" The number given is 888-513-7937. When I call, all I get is a repeating recording telling me Paris is beautiful in the spring, in alternating English and French.
This has all the standard earmarks of a scam: Awarding of a supposed big prize on a postcard, lack of personalization, presorted first class postage (!). The audacity of claiming to be Delta is unusual.
