A better solution in this case would be to call OnForce and let them track down the number and remove it from their system. They are a legit company, which I've done work for for several years. If they call you it's because your number is in their system as belonging to a tech. Lot's of techs "move on" from working for OnForce and leave their accounts static, and that's probably what happened in your case, especially if your phone number is fairly new to you. If you contact them they will research and remove the number, and you won't get called again.

Legit call from onforce. not a scam company, not a bunch of unqualified college kids. I didn't recognize the call but it was to let me know of a workorder that i was selected to work, the WO is needing someone to take it immediately so they call to help expedite.
If anyone gets 'ripped off' it's because you are an idiot and didnt follow instructions and you are going to fail at everything you do in life.

I am licensed and insured and fairly often do work for Onforce. They are a legitimate company that has been very good to me.

Dunno about the phone number...but as for OnForce: Unlicensed and uninsured?? What are you talking about? There is no 'license' for doing computer tech work, first of all. Second, most of the techs on OnForce have taken classes and industry-standard certification tests, many have degrees, and many run their own tech businesses and take OnForce work as supplemental income. It's not a scam, it's a legit business that has been around for years.

its a spoofed caller id claiming they are onforce the company trying to harvest log in information.
onforce is a ripoff anyway allowing unlicensed and uninsured college kids to do technical work without any experiance or knowledge.

OnForce is completely legit.

Not a scam or scammer.

This is not a sales or collections call !!
This number infact belongs to OnForce, and is an automatic messasge informing the receiptant that there is an available project or service call for them. The only way someone would receive a call from this number is if they marked it in their profile, requesting information on an available calls. This is no SCAM.
Also, just because someone heard, second or third hand that someone had a problem with OnForce, in reference to collection of their fee, does not make the referenced company a SCAMMER.
The CallerID is number only, so if you see it, and read this message, add the text ID to your phone, then, next time you will know who it is...

Onforce is a legitimate company. I've been using them for 18mos or more with a few very big national brands. If they are calling and you don't have a clue why then most likely someone who used onforce had your number.

Onforce.com, these guys are scammers from what I heard. I had a friend that was into techie stuff and he used onforce.com. He said something about onforce and not getting paid.
