This company is located in the western new york area they are not a law firm or nothing close to it. Pay day loans never go on your credit report and you def don't need to pay these people. Most of the time your paying back 3x more than you borrowed. Just a whole bunch of scammers using an alias to basicly steal money from you these people would take your last! IF YOU EVER PAYED THESE SCAMMERS GET YOUR MONEY BACK call your bank tell them you did not authorize the payments and they have to reverse the funds back to you!

You might also get a call from 888-644-5537 it's the same company they switched there # from the one ending in 5537 to this current one ending in 6337. Read the notes for both numbers on google and I gurantee you wouldn't want to pay!! Why wouldn't you want to maybe because they are a scam and they will have you pay back a bunch more than you owe. Theres no doubt the loan was taken out but we all have rights too! They are not sending people to serve you thats a part of there tactic to get you to call back. PCS and this company DRW and associates are the same people sitting at the same desk. They call and leave you a msg like they need to serve you and gives you the option of calling the claimaints office or filing party. They ask to transfer you over and all they do is call another extinsion of a co worker and then they go into there how spill of how you have charges pending..a bad check and all these civil charges. Its all Bs they just want your money. There are no real attorneys ask them what DRW stands for and if they dare say there three attorneys then ask for the attorneys bar number and what state that attorney practices in. Because last time I checked if you were being sued you were being sued there is no option of working it out out of court. If you ever payed these people contact your bank report them as fraud and the bank will have no choice but to refund you your money. Call the company and tell them you want your money back and they will cuss you out. Keep all of your voicemails from them and don't hesitate to report them every time you call. If another so called process server call to serve you ask them how the weather is where you live ask them if it's raining windy or whatever and I bet they won't know!! You want to know why?? Because that process server that is calling you is sitting at a desk in a different state trying to meet their quota. These people are a scam they are not listed with the BBB and they are not a limited liability company which means someone sold your debt illegally. If they have attorneys and deal with all of these legal papers how come you can't google these people or get a physical address for them. They are a fly by night pay day loan company who does not pay taxes and they scam and fraud people out of money. They use skip tracing tools so don't feel threatened by any of the info they give you. All they are doing is putting your social security number in a database and it gives them anything listed in your name addy,car,phone numbers you name it they got it but it means nothing. We work to hard for people like this to call and scam us out of money instead of finding a real job. Don't pay these people ANY GODDAMN ATTENTION let alone money!!

Received a call from this number yesterday (6/6/13) around 1:50 pm.  Guy by the name of Anthony Cipirro said they were sending a processor and uniformed officer to my house between 2-4 pm and if noone was there then they would go by my place of work and my manager would have to sign off on the paperwork.  Called back several times and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.  Left messages but no return phone call.  I have no idea what this is!!!  Doesn't seem legit though.
