I ordered the free sample and received it. I tried to cancel before I received the product. I tried calling and got no answer, tried emailing and the email address came back as bad. My card company refused to re-emburse the charges of $2.79 because I had authorized it even though I tried to cancel. I am out $3, but I reported my card lost/stolen so I could get a new card, which is what my card company told me to do. So I wasn't charged the $90 bucks for the product. I even tried sending the product BACK to the address that was on the ewnvelope and after 2 months it was returned to me saying that they refused it. This company is a fraud and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. If they send me a bill for this product, I am sending them the bill back and the product back and I have already reported them to the BBB.

1.Free Trial Policy:   Our Free Trial policy requires You to understand certain important dates.  The policy, and the important dates for You to know, are as follows:


1.Beginning on the day that You place an order for a product (?Product?) from the Website, Your fifteen (15) day Free Trial period begins (?Free Trial Period?).  The Free Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days.
1.You will be shipped a thirty (30) day supply of the Product You ordered.  Generally, Your Product is shipped 3 to 5 days after placing Your order.  Delivery time is subtracted from Your Free Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to Your Free Trial Period.  If You want to extend Your Free Trial Period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-866-949-0138.  Reasonable requests (as determined by FWM) to extend Your Free Trial Period generally will be granted.


1.If You are satisfied with the Product and wish to continue to receive the Product on a monthly basis, You need do nothing else.  Upon the expiration of the Free Trial Period, Your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the Product that You ordered (i.e., a thirty day supply).  
1.On the thirtieth day following the date You first ordered Your Product, FWM will send you another thirty (30) day supply of the Product, and the credit card You provided to us will be automatically billed $88.55 for the Product.  


1.Unless You cancel this service, every thirty (30) days thereafter FWM will send you an additional thirty (30) day supply of the Product You ordered, and the credit card You provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product.  
1.If You are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-866-949-0138 prior to the expiration of the Free Trial Period and cancel Your order.  You need not return the Product to FWM if You cancel within the Free Trial Period.


Please note, if You fail to call us prior to the expiration of the Free Trial Period, Your credit card will be charged for the Product that was shipped to You.  

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION AND THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, AND FUTURE SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US TO STOP SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT TO YOU.

1.Regardless of whether You cancel Your Free Trial in a timely fashion or not, You will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges associated with Your Product (currently ranging between $3.95 and $5.95, depending on the Product ordered).  You agree that we can charge Your credit card for this amount, and You agree to pay such amount regardless of whether You cancel Your Free Trial in a timely fashion or not.  No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling charges.

I called the customer service number listed on their terms and agreement page. The website I ordered the Acai x3 from was securecartcenter.com, I probably waited for about 10 minutes before someone answered. Her name was Jen. I was able to cancel and close my account. I receieved a confirmation number and I hope i wont be charged anymore than what i paid for. I'm sorry to hear about your losses. I hope all goes well.

On April 21, 2009, I ordered a free bottle of Acai3x from a website that said Oprah endorsed it. the website said it was a free bottle to try out, and I only had to pay postage of $2.79. I received the bottle on May 1st. I also noticed a charge of $88.55 and $2.79 in my bank account on May 1st. I called them at 866-882-1281 and was told I had to cancel within 10 days to not be charged "the monthly supply". When I told her I only ordered the free bottle, she said, "Didn't you read the fine print?". In any case, I didn't receive the first bottle until 10 days after I ordered, so I didn't have 10 days to "try" the product before I was charged for the second bottle I had not received yet. I told her I wanted a refund and she said I had to wait for the second bottle to arrive before I could get a refund. She said I would then need to call them for an RGA#. Almost two weeks later I still had not received this second bottle so I called back. She said I should get it any day and gave me the RGA# and to send it to 405 E. 12450 Suite I, Draper, Utah 84020. I finally got the second bottle and sent it back via USPS signature on May 14, 2009. I called to let them know I sent it back and find out when to expect my refund. She said 7-10 days. I told her that didn't make any sense. It's not like they had to mail it somewhere. She said she couldn't expedite the refund until they received the product. I said "fine". I checked the tracking number on May 19, 2009 to find out it had been signed for. I called back on May 19th and talked to a guy who said they hadn't received it yet. I told him someone signed for it. He said it "wasn't in their system yet". I told him I wanted to speak with someone who does the refunds. He said they were not "reachable" and that I had to just wait for the "process". I asked him how much longer this "process" was, and he told me 7-10 days. I told him this was not acceptable. He said "It isn't MAGIC Maam" I told him I was reporting them to the BBB and he said "Fine, have a great day!"

I received a trail bottle and do not want any more. I too have been trying to cancel this order. Today I tried to get a toll free number
talk to a customer service person to have this taken off my credit card as well. I appreciate this information from all of you and I will attempt to cancel this ..what we all believe is a scammed ordeal. We do not need this with the economy the way it is. Thank you again.

After waiting and waiting for the pills to come to get our money back, I called them just to find out that when I called (the first time when charges were pending) to cancel the order over a week ago the product never shipped and they could have stopped the shipping of them and crdited my card back and not made us wait longer and longer.  I have nothing nice to say about this company and NEVER will recommend them.  When I asked about the $88.55 charge the lady said it is because there is a clause and consumers dont read.  I went back to the site that I ordered the trial from and there was not one hidden clause she said on page 15, but there was two pages one for the shipping info and the other billing.

I asked about cancelling the card and was told they can forward the charges to the new card.  It's supposed to be all in the fine print which never appears on the website.  Did get through on 866-882-1281.  Got an RGA number and an address to return the product for credit.  Also disputed the amount on my credit card though so I will get a refund from them... the address to send back is: Fulfillment Center 405 East 12450 South Suite I Draper UT 84020...but you do need an RGA number for credit...hope that helps...

You can also have your credit card company cancel your credit card number and have them send you a new card with a new number to avoid any further charges to your card. Thats what I did and now I am refuting the charges  for a product I have never received.

I also sent for the free trial sample and was debited $2.79 for it.....I intended to write CANCEL for any future orders.  However, the bank debited my account for $88.something just two weeks later with no product sent.  There was a partial phone number listed on my online banking information.  Today May 2, the next bottle appeared....There is no paper inside and I haven't opened it yet.  I am at the library now and plugged in the address from the package and pulled up all THESE negative comments about being ripped off.  I feel totally scammed.  I copied down the phone number and will call it later.  I just hope the bank will cancel their automatic debiting.  I will consider the $88 dollars lost as a valuable lesson.
