annoying messages and calls sent to cell phone...can't contact them to get off list

Be very careful with this!! To me it seems like another scam being run. I tried to google the mortgage company to see if they are in fact legit, and I cannot find any information on All State Mortgage Lender. They also are not affiliated with Allstate Insurance in any way. The fact that they do not pick up the phone or even have a decent voicemail system should throw up the red flags. Its almost like getting one of these Nigarian Letters or emails! Also the fact they are using multipile calling numbers also is a sign. BEWARE!!!

Same message as others, FHA mortgage, you're approved, blah, blah. Tried to call to get off list and get message that one of their people will get back to you. The number on my caller ID was 609-947-4112. Guess they spoof a legitimate number. What a scam. Infuriating.

I received a call at 2:52 pm saying that i was "approved for a 4.89% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity LIne! Call All State Mortgage Lender NOW 1-888-532-0177 Approval Code: 48777"

I'd really like to prosecute if that was somehow possbile.

Left message saying we are apporved and when called got no live person

Everyone, take a look at this link from Ripoffreport.com. I called about their text since I own several properties. I am familiar with mortgage companies and banks. My communication from text to phone call was VERY SUSPICIOUS. I caught the guy lying to me a lot. He was new and was apparently trained to say what ever he could to close a deal. Everything was shady. Glad I did my research. I wont be taking a risk with them. I could use the help but the risk is too high with them.. Keep getting text message from 267-815-0840 regarding approved fixed rate mortgage.  I have called (888-532-0177) and left message to stop texting to my cell phone and they continue to do so.  No one picks up, you're only allowed to leave message on voicemail. I want them to stop sending me text messages since I have to paid for the text.

When calling 201-988-8882 you get message the Verizon Wireless Customer is not available.

Received same text messages. Co worker in my officer also received message same daya dn time!
said to call 1-888-532-0177 and enter approval code *****
called nunber got recording advising to leave message.
Filed complaints with National Do Not Call and New Jersery Do Not Call.
Is someone going to do something about this company?
Suggest you call the above number and just leave the phone off the hook!
Lookup on both phone numbers worthless!

Just got this text and filed complaint with fcc.gov. No one answered the phone at the company. I left a detailed, angry message.(not that that will stop them)

Received a text message on my mobile phone.  Unsolicited.  Left message for vendor to remove me from their call list and asked how they obtained my number.

I have not signed up with All State anywhere.  I have shopped for mortgages and they somehow got a hold of my cell phone number from a third party and send me text messages periodically.

I too received a text message on my cell about a fixed rate mortgage this morning at 7:48 am. I sent a text back (which I will keep stored on my phone) to remove my number from their list.  I will report them anyway because they called before 8:00 am.  Telemarketers are not allowed to call before 8 am or after 9 pm.

I got a text msg this morning at 2:30am, which of course woke me up, so i just call the number on my text n left a number for them to call me back, i'm going to cursed them out when they do, I'm hopping this will solve it. I'll keep you posted

My husband and I got 2 texts each this morning from that same number. So annoying. We have been signed up with the Do Not Call thingy for our cell phones but apparently these idiots are still getting thru.
