scammers...if you have applied for a payday loan online but haven't accepted any of the offers...these are the people who are trying to get information so that THEY can get the pay day loan and just put it in you name while you end up with the bill.

They left a message to call back. It just said an important message. When I called back, they just answered hello. No company name or anything. I hung up.

How legit could they be if their website is a "free" web service?

I received calls from this guys and upon telling them that I filed chapter 13 they still keep on calling me.

Received a call from 206-533-0963 but message said to call the 888-533-0877 regarding an important business matter.  I have received 8 phone calls all with different phone numbers saying the same thing but give me a different number to call today alone

I got a call on my cell earlier to call back at this number for an important matter...yes, I figured it was a collection agency because who else says that?  I can't imagine what debt this is or why they are calling, but whatever.  I see that website is no longer up and they must have moved now to California.  Oh well.

I have been called by these people at work and asked them to stop calling. I don't have a cell phone or home phone so their excuse is this is the only way to contact me. I have tried explaining over and over I CAN NOT take these calls at work but they just keep calling. They called just a minute ago and asked for my debit card number or they were going to sue me. I told them to give me their call back number and I'd call them with it when I got off work. This of course is not true. I would not and will not ever give out a card number over the phone. Period. Especially one linked to my bank account. Does anyone know of a way to e-mail them or a mailing address for this company. Or who the Company President is so I can direct my calls/letters to them. The phone calls at work have got to stop! I understand I owe someone money, I'll take care of that, but if they get me fired by calling so much, they certianly won't be getting it!

Advice to all wanting to pay their debts to 3rd party collection agencies.. NEVER mail in a check from your personal checking account, NEVER call in and pay over the phone. they store all data given or received and call it an "Asset"... If you have B of A and they get your account # weather mailed in or given over the phone... they have already called into your phone banking and know exactly what is in your checking / savings account and know what and where you spend your money. they check for recent deposits so they can see when you get paid and EVERYTHING is noted in their system.. I recently applied to be one of these losers but couldnt bring myself to be so heartless to people in need.

So to a conclusion if you want to pay your debt (i highly reccomend you do.. or wait 6 years from the date of last action for the staturt of limitations) please mail in a money order ONLY as this way they will not be able to violate your privacy or bank records.

They have given me tons of calls and wont identify themself when I call in..  I do not do biz that way.
and don't talk to others who do.

I just received the same call as Trish. Except mine said urgent and they needed to speak with me today. Not sure if I should call back. Does anyone else know anything about this?

I do owe money but it is next to impossible to get any information regarding the debt, I am not going to blindly hand over money to these people without knowing which debt I am satisfying.

They call 4-5 times a day, always an answering machine.

they arent allowed to call you at work when you tell them they cant, they also HAVE to tell you who they are when you ask. if they do not it violates the FDCPA laws then you can sue the person calling as well as the company. fines range from 1,000.00 to 500,000.00.

I am also constantly harrassed by this # for someone who used to have my telephone #. there is no way to get these do***e bags to stop calling they are persistant and rude...

My advice to all of you is to google acopy of the FDCPA law and read up on it so when they break it you can demand a supervisor and get them fired.. lol

Got a NO DATA call from my Caller ID which demanded I call them back at 888-533-0877. I did call and learned that they have a medical bill submitted. Yes I do owe the bill, however I am currently on unemployment and barely making rent and utility bills. I asked him to please send me a letter letting me know what the amount is and was told "No, they don't do that." Really? It is required by the Fair Debt Collection ACT that they provide in witing a letter explaining the credit debt. This means that they are functioning illegally. So I am sending a Cease and Desist letter and that they can only contact me by mail and not call me.

I am replying to your above post.  I was wondering if you ever sent them a Cease and Desist letter and what happened after you did?  I currently have them calling and harrassing me.  I asked them to either e-mail or mail me a bill and I would send payments.  I was told that I could not send in payments and if that was my plan, they would not send me anything.  The gentleman that I spoke with told me that I needed to give them a bank account or credit card & could set up payment arrangements.  I don't know how stupid this guy thinks I am, but I am not giving them jack.  I also told him that I would no longer communicate by phone with them, I would only communicate in writing.  When he started being a jerk, I hung up.  He then called me right back.

Please let me know if your letter worked and if you have the address of where you mailed it to.

I do not call people back if I do not know where I am calling. If it was a legal matter then they should not leave a recorded message without a company name.

These guys will do anything to try and get you to pay and that includes LIE. lol  I just ignore them because the poor b*****ds are just trying to make a living.

I suspect they are a collection agency.  Got a new phone and number and started getting a bunch of calls about some guy I don't know.  I asked them to stop calling me.  We'll see what happens.

I have also got calls from this number about Med bills.. but I have never heard of the dr that they say I saw and then realized they said i seen them in AL. I have never been to AL lol the only place i have been down south Is to Myrtle beach... lol

This is a bill collection agency which is improperly conducting itself by not ideniftying who they are when they call.  Please report them to the attorney general of your state.

Received two calls from these people in the last week or so. I don't pick up unknown numbers - any one legit leaves a voicemail - and they never leave a message.

I can't imagine why a collection agency would be calling ME, so I'm going to assume it's thanks to my phone number's previous owner. I've had this phone number for almost 5 years, and I still receive calls/texts from debt collectors/consolidators/solicitors looking for this guy named Ahmed. Very annoying.

They call my cell, but luckily I don't EVER answer numbers I don't know.  They mostly collect for medical bills, of which I have a few that are still in dispute.  I agree with the above posters, don't give out your personal info, and ensure that you get the information of the company before you send payment.  I personally require that the collection agency send me an invoice showing who the money is owed to prior to paying anything.  I have had a few do this, some send it, some don't.  Those that don't are probably not paying the debt off when they receive money from you anyway.

I've been out of work for a week and my co-worker told me that someone had been calling for me at workall week and had asked for another number to reach me at, and she told them she couldn't give that info out. Then I get back to work on wednesday and they call and state something about a payday loan and since I'm military, payday loans are illegal and I've never taken one out in my life. I gave them my cell number to call, but they never did and when they call back they said that they've been calling and leaving messages at my cell number and I never recieved and phone calls or voicemails from them. Since I'm at work at the time I take a number and person's name which is Kyle at extension 1162. He also told me that if I didn't call him back that he would never call again, and my debt would increase over years. I never called back because I didn't do what they were accusing me off, then this morning he just called again and asked why I didn't call back and then referred me to call back when I had time and ask for someone named Rico. Something is shady about these people, I've had a few scammers call me these past few months. I plan to call them today and give them a piece of my mind.

These guys called for months leaving automated messages claiming an urgent business matter had to be discussed immediately, or they would just call and hang up (Thank God for caller ID).  They have left 14 messages/hangups on my digital answering machine.  I called them today and told them to stop calling, since they are looking for a Stephany Pitts???  Hopefully, they find her before I do...
