These guys also called me and left a message, a with what they call a case number about a payday loan that was paid, and they call four years later, and asked if I still live at the given address.  They said they were going to bring a summons today. They can't or won't furnish you with any pertinent informanton them and their location. I also intend to report them to the FTC.

where do I report this to the trade commission?  They called me today and threatened me with a summons and also called a member of my family about a debt I had and if I didn't pay, they were going to go to my place of work today with a summons.  I called my bankrupcy lawyer because this loan was on my bankrupcy and my lawyer is suppose to take them to court..  Where do I let the trade commission know about this?

DO NOT ANSWER. This same number left a voicemail stating that they, Landmark, were going to take me to court about a payday loan I paid off in 2008. They stated I didn't pay it. I have had to deal with this 2 times before, and each time I provided proof and never received a court summons. Apparently, they stole all of my personal info from my application to Money and More Payday Loans, and they are trying to get more out of me. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I also called them back and asked for an address, and they told me they could not give me that information, and that they could not send me anything showing the debt they state I owe.

It is a complete scam. I was told by the FTC to not answer these calls and to not pay anything or give them anymore info, and that it was good that I filed a complaint. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT, so that they will have multiple reasons to stop these guys!
