Some of these "Losers" as you call them, have nothing to do with the initial claim. I bought and paid for a piece of equipment, but the scumbag contractor who sold it to me never paid it off. I have more right to be pissed off than anybody so I don't care if poor Davey Johnson is having a bad day at a job he doesn't like; it's not an excuse to be unprofessional. Then again if you were capable of thinking things trough in this this capacity, maybe you could have amounted to more than a heavy equipment operator.

Im a sure believer that this is a web-site that surely believes that this company is not a real company. As an x-employee, I will tell you that this company is very real. People every day try to pretend in front of official business men, that they are reliable and that they are responcible enough to keep there end of the deal. This company is not collections. This is repo. You all will love to think that you have a your legal right to not be called or questioned about outstanding debt. Got a call (they left a message) about a repo on a 317 skid steer.  The person said his name was Dave Johnson and he could be reached at this 888 # ext 119.  Don't know what he's looking to gain but he aint gettin' it from me.

To the person whom I was looking for on a COMMERCIAL repossession .First of all the clown is not me myself or the company I represent ..If you are the person whom I have been hired to find because you dont pay your bills and when the company wants there piece of equipment back and hires us to repossess the piece of equipment back .I believe I know who wrote this and without getting to personal .The relatives were the parents of the debtor whom I had called .My agent was to secure the equipment from their property and went to secure the equipment and oops the equipment had disappeared off of the parents land and now is long gone .So in this instance being a COMMERCIAL debt I have all rights on my side and I am pursuing the legal means to have this debtor served .The cost is great and no matter how you look at this he is hindering the rights of a secured creditor.So my friend whatever you think this cost goes back to the consumer eventually and people like you have not a clue

I agree. I did this job for a while. Thank God we used fake names and had a PO box  I had threats made against my life as well as my families and co workers We had debtors threaten to harm us in several ways. It's a hard thing having to take someones living from them.

I've got an idea, how about you all pay your bills instead of bitching about bill collectors calling. You can't rob a bank for the same reason you can't take out a loan and not pay it back. Maybe if you all were more responsible in the first place you wouldnt have to deal with people calling. Instead of trying to lever your wealth by financing things you can't afford maybe you should try CREATING wealth to buy things you CAN afford.

Bill collectors rate right in there with insurance salesmen, used car dealers and politicians... There are a few decent ones but the majority are blood sucking leaches who have no shame or scruples to achieve their goals. I am wondering why the "opposition" as it were even bothers with these weak rebuttals and clarifications of drivel no one wants to hear. This thing has definitely come to a impasse when they start calling and attempting to threaten relatives of supposed claimants about matters they don't even have any knowledge or responsibility for to begin with. Basically quit making excuses about why people should relent and make your jobs easier and go crawl back under your rock....

Not the exact same number but regarding calls from same batch of holigans. Seems these clowns are resorting back to additionally use of to private listing phone numbers now as well. New number to watch for 716-626-2474 out of Williamsville NY and also they are calling persons that are relatives of the supposed claimant of interest to harass and threaten them as well....  I called them back at this 716-626-2474 and after talking to some apparently clueless young woman at a front desk or calls receiving position and informing them they were calling wrong persons in error- the call was handed over to a foul mouth scumbag named Scott who appears to be Scott Fredrics who has an extensively documented history of foul mouthing and attempting to intimidate callers.

Call from Dave Johnson claiming he is a "commercial investigator" from CIRG. Looking for a piece of equipment made by John Deer, a yellow excavator. Looking for people named Valerie and John Cohen/Cohn.

Even when you tell them that the person doesn't live here and they have the wrong number they insist that you are lying...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very RUDE and they better not call my freaking house again. I don't know the person they are looking for so they need to get an attorney or figure some other way to handle it!

If you think that these people are calling the business un justly, then either give them the ifo they need and they will go away, or prove to them you have no connections to the persons or company(s) they are looking for. They do not have to cease and desist from you, their job is to find out for the finance company where their equipment is and how they can get it paid for or take it from you. Try being nice and maybe the return results will be rectified. It also depends on the type of loan they are trying to recover, some laws do not require a once a day call, they can call repeatedly until they receive the results they are looking for. They do not have to produce documents to you, especially if you are not the person they are after, that would be considered a breach of the law by providing you with someone elses personal info. If they let everyone know where they were could you imagine the results of that?? My suggestion to you and your company is, if you know who they are looking for then tell them and they will go away, if you do not then be cooperative and help them go in another direction. PEOPLE NEED TO PAY THEIR BILLS!!!!!   THIS IS THEIR JOB.

Not that you would really care, but I worked for this company and it is not a pleasant job to call people and ask them for things they are not inclined to pay for or just plain do not care because they think they are above everyone else. These people work VERY HARD to get losers to pay for their equipment or what ever is financed by banks. If everyone had to give their real names it is obvious the results in store. Bottom line is, when people do not pay their bills SOMEONE has to get the money no matter how they do it. This company does not cross lines and if people think they are rude you should have to sit there day in and day out and listen to the B.S. they have to go through. PAY YOUR BILLS!! OR WE WILL FIND YOU AND GET RESOLUTION ANY WAY WE CAN!!!!!!

We receive several phone calls DAILY, back to back for extended periods of time throughout the day.  Calls start coming into our house/office/cell phones as early as 6:30 AM, weekdays/weekends, doesn't matter what day it is, and continue all day long till after 8:30 PM.  
Have had people identify themselves as Anthony, Tony, Anthony Jones, and Steve Ryan.  Very rude people.  
They state they can not produce any documents in writing for us, other then a piece of equipment up for repo....which we do not have any equipment for our line of work!
Also, the person they are calling for is unknown at our location and they insist 'he' is here.  
It is VERY frustrating trying to run a business and to keep on getting interrupted by their phone calls.  
I have filed against them with the Attorney General's Office and suggest others do the same.  Maybe then they will cease and desist.

Received numerous calls.  Won't respond in writing, say they can't.  Can only assume they don't want to be identified.
