Call 1877-486-9902, i had the same problem. I told them that i did not authorize them to take that money out, they TO cancel was unreachable, so I could not cancel, so they canceled my "so called  subscription" and refunded the 58.95 back to me, and just in case I canceled my debit card so I would not be charge again. hope this helps

I want to thank you for the Profinity number, I had 58.95 taken from my account and the number was unreachable to cancel. I got my refund and cancellation. You was most helpful and I am sure the other agencies I have been calling and cursing out thanks you too

Just called the 888-545-8252 number and was told that they could not refund me my money that they took out of my bank account because I did the 7-day "free" trial and on the 8th day I got charged. Well I went back and rechecked my account and there was another fee of $1.00 on the same day and a different phone number of 866-407-7043 and the same guy answered the phone.  PLEASE watch for these two numbers, absolutely a scam!!!!

These people took out 8.96 dollars out of my account the number that shows on my account is not a working number.....888-545-8252....it shows up as cre then the phone number I don't even know who they are

I went in to my checking and seen that 8.96 was taken out of account so i called my bank and they told me to call the number that shows up on my account and i did and i was told it was a non working number so when i went to call my bank back they were close for today so now i have to call back the next working day.

this is the number associated with a withdrawal from my checking taking out $29.95 and the phone number is unreachable.  I believe it is a scam from a credit score monitoring service which is called Profinity - they call you & you say you are not interested in the service & they had better not try & take any money for it because you were not allowed to cancel the service because that's how they get you plugged in even if you call them they act stupid & say they don't deal with this they are only customer service - so what is customer service!
