the called me today stating the same that they are a similiar to a process server or courier service. they called me and i am ot even the guy they're seeking. wanted me to call the 888 551 3831 number "to work it out" but would only give me mr davis as a name and a docket number but wouldn't come off the business name. sounds henke to me. i advised them i was in law enforcement and why wasn't the actual complaint filed with the sheriffs office for service i was just refered back to that 888 number. i am not calling them isnt my place to give them more info and i am not playing into the scam, if it ws real actual investigators would be assigne or comlaint and delivery performed by a deputy or legal process servant, besides i've never even had a payday loan or any anything like it. i think my phone number used to belong to someone that i did now i have that number and they are fishing for money.......whata scam.....

Same here. Arbitration Services is using an old bank account and claims I "bounced a check in 2008" with Money and More. I have not done business with Money and More nor have I bounced a check with a pay day loan company EVER. My current bank states that bounced checks are filed in 90 days and since they didn't give a check number or dollar amount it is a fake. These people are using different toll free numbers but they are the same people. THIS IS FRAUD.... and is punishable by law. I'm sure their names are fake too.

These are people who have apparently bought old payday loan info and are calling people threatening them with fake lawsuits ("an action has been filed against you") for debt they have already paid off. Don't let them scare you, they are full of crap.
