This number calls all the time at my place of employment.  Its a recording about a great deal on satellite.  I tried connecting to a live person to let them know we are a business and do not need satellite.  They just hang up on me.  Call several times a month.  Very irritating!

When I see a number, especially an 800, 866, 877, 888 that I do not
recognize, I don't bother to answer. These are most likely all scams
trying to get personal information (ssn #s, credit card numbers, etc),
so beware.

I am also on the do not call list, but they still call. I agree with
another post - isn't there an agency that can take care of these
awful people????

Received a call from 877-827-7861 on my cell, listened but didn't say anything.  Sam Parker left a message regarding National Health care benefits and how I was preapproved to receive health care benefits for as little as $3 a day or $99 a month....just needed some information and wanted a call back to 888-552-2324.

This is in regards to pissed....if you read my earlier posting,you will see what I went through, but YES , he has applied on online for a 2nd job..various job postings!! It could definitely be connected!

I received my bill from my cell provider and when asked about this number that had been " called from my secondary number who is my finacee" I was told to hold on and they would check on it..when the CSR came back to me, I was told this number was an independent voice mail service where customers could sign up for voice mail to protect their privacy!!!!!!! Of course I was upset and hurt thinking that my finacee had some other life and a voice mail for other women. When I called the number it asked for a PIN, which  made all of the above sound legit, thank GOD I looked this info up before I confronted him, these people could end seriously loving relationships, it needs to STOP!!!

I have also received this number, although for the first time today.  As described above,there was no voicemail left and while returning the call was prompted for a PIN.  I am actively seeking employment and have my resume posted online with some reputable web sites.  Is there anyone else in this position?  Possible ID theft from job postings?  Just a thought.

Recived call from 888-552-2324, did not leave message. Call # back, recieved pre-recorded message to enter any pin # I wish.  I released the call.  I am a reputable sales rep and just FYI, if any reputable company, e.g. Dish Network, Directv, AT&T, etc. call you about a special offer they will already have your personal information e.g. SS#, DOB, or any other vital information they will not request it.  Most specials or sent to customers via mail or public advertisements, not telemarketing.  Never compromise your personal information to any incoming callers.  Hope this saves someone from being taken.  And those who are stealing from others it will catch up with you.

Have received calls from this number numerous times over the past couple of months.  They hang up every time I answer and when I try calling back, they ask for a pin number.

Got the call on my work cell.  A bit tired of it because if it doesn't come across there, it comes across on the office phones, any one of the 5 lines that we have going on.

As has already been mentioned, it is for satellite TV.  Have requested to have the number removed time and again... to no avail.

There has GOT to be some kind of agency that one can complain to in order to get these blood-suckers to stop calling people and bugging them while they are trying to work.

It is one thing that they call and bug the s**t out of people at home.. but to call someone on their work phone, or to call an office... it shows a serious lack of decorum and regard for anything and everything decent.

Same crap as above, called the att abuse # to get that # blocked. If your on the no-call list file a complaint with the FTC. These MF's have to be stopped. If they don't I will, with deadly force.

Just said they had a great deal from a satellite tv. Auto message doesn't says which one. Sounds like an amazing deal but its really nothing special. Just the same one over and over again.

my husband answered the call. the caller said he was from direct tv and when my husband said we already had direct tv he said he was from dishnetwork. he offered us a great deal- too good to be true, and then said he had to do a credit check- when my husband refused to give his ssn the phone mysteriously disconnected.

Same thing.  Calls my cell, leaves no message and ask for Pin number when I call back.

There was a call a call placed to my finacee's line, I have it linked to my friends and family account, when I called this number back, I was told to enter a pin number. When I called my cell phone provider, all he did was confirm my nightmare that when he called this number, he said it was a voice mail system that had been set up by my finacee to receive calls from other " people using a pin number", in order to keep his privacy. There is was no evidence to support this, and he was not educated enough by the provider to know what was what..I in no way blame him...because I thought the same. These people could destroy marriages, pending marriages or even friendships, this should NOT be allowed or condoned.
