thick east indian accent... immediately thought it was for air duct cleaning or regarding my computer or lower mortgage rates.... couldn't hear him very well and had to ask twice for him to repeat who he was calling from... Bell Canada, offering telephone internet packages.

I've been getting these calls claiming they are Bell Telephone. If the scratchy quality of there IP phones is any indication of Bell's quality I'm not buying.
