Just got a call from 888-561-8861 asking me to call them or I wouldn't be able to use my TD bank card any more.
While I got worried this would be a scam; i called TD bank's main number (1-888-751-9000) and a transfer later I was able to verify that this IS their credit card customer service number.
Just a heads up in case anyone gets a call!

RECEIVED CALL TELLING ME TO CALL BACK THAT MY BANK CARD WAS NOT EFFECTIVE
AND HAD TO BE VERIFIED. I DID NOT CALL BECAUSE IT WASN'T MY BANK.
