I just received a call today from Mr. Luck. My phone reported phone number 417-622-0246. Mr. Luck asked me to call him regarding "an important matter."  The contact number he left was 866-636-0534. I have a file at the local police dept about my credit information being  stolen. I have a new car loan so my information is out there, they probable picked up my phone number from my credit report. I do have the report of credit fraud on file.

I GOT SEVERAL CALLS FROM Dynamic Recovery Solutions. THE employee's are reckless and clueless about how the upper management run there company,  half of everyone that works there smokes weed and drinking at there desk, do not pay them, they are a scam! Some authority in south Carolina should contact all there employees about a drug test. Besides that, they are stealing money.

I have dealt with this company a few times before and they wanted to speak to "no name left" and to call them back at their 888 number, but they have also used 909, 866, 855, 417 and several other area codes.  I called back to them and stated to them "Since you are unable to leave a name with that recorded message, you are not to call this telephone number again, also you are not allowed to come to this home in any fashion.  Meaning, no person of any kind that is associated with you, your company, your business, your entity (foreign or domestic), this also includes any one person or individual that you claim, state or try to explain is a process server.  This is a private home, private property.  If I do not know this person at the door, which will not be opened, a call will be placed to 911 and to have this person and or individual arrested and prosecuted for trespassing."
I urge everyone and everybody to pass this on to those they know.  If this company cannot explain or accept a statement such as this to be entered into record, they are breaking the laws that are governed by the Federal Banking Commission that oversees any type of collection agency that is also to be licensed in the state in which you live.

If I don't recognize the number, I answer no call.

just recvd a call from 972-865-4716 told my 75 year old mother that they had my social security # on there desk and needed to speak to me about it quick. talk about violations of the FDCPA looks like a lawsuit to me....

Got a call from 402-875-4033. No nameof who they were calling for or company name. Gave a completely different # to call back.

Got a voicemail from Mr. Patterson from (972) 865 4716. Said it was a matter he was working on in his office and to give him a call back to go over all the details with him. He also said he wasn't attempting to collect a debt. He told me to call him back as soon as possible at this number: 888 402 0790.
It definitely sounded fishy to me since he didn't give a company name or the exact reason for calling.
It also kind of sounded like it was a recording being played into the voicemail. So, I looked online and found this thread. Thanks for the heads up! I think it's funny he changed his name from Mr. Martin to Mr. Patterson. Guess he has no first name either! lol

Got a call from (559) 512-7104.  When I answered a man stating he worked for Dynamic Recovery asked me to verify my name and social security number.  Told him I had no intention of verifying personal information over the phone and to never call me again.  People please be smart.  Never give out personal information to anyone who contacts you by phone.  A bit different if you call them but even then.....

I received a call this morning from 404-382-5016. My cousin, who works with a legal office here in Atlanta told me to IGNORE THEM!  It's just a SCAVENGER DEBT COLLECTION agency who probably bought your account for $40, and they are trying to get whatever they can from you using scare tactics.Most of the time they are not even sure they have the correct information! A man by the name of " Ben" said I owed $3,111.87...really, exact amount!  He said it was owed since 1999.  I was like wow!  How dumb do you think people are.  He was somewhat nice, professional, and assertive about me making a payment arrangement today via checking account. or automatic draft from a debit card.  When I asked for more information, in a calm tone, HE GOT VERY RUDE!  He actually sounded like he wanted to hang up on me, but I remained calm and asked him for the account number of the creditor I owed, his name, and his collection agency name and phone number.  He gave me an account number I didn't recognize (but who would!  it has been since 99). He only gave me his first name, and he gave me the number to CALL HIM BACK TODAY BY 5 pm.  888-362-9466.  When I asked him for an extension, he said that was his direct line.  And again he reminded me that if I  didn't call back by 5 pm today, he was going to go ahead with his proceedings!  WHATEVER!   I know my rights!  Thank you all VERY much for this post!  I was actually trying to google the creditor...almost believed him! LOL!

510-606-9023 - they called me and I simply told them that since they say they have all of my information; go right ahead and send me a court order to appear in court for the debt and we will have it resolved there. I don't know them or the debt they claim I owe for. You want money from me? Sue me!

Actually, the tactics they use are listed as scam red flags on the FBI website. Any legitimate agency will not use such methods.

I just got a call from a 954-417-7324 with a very urgent message from Mr. Shoal sp?.  My husband being out-of-town on business, it scared the crap out of me.  However, the number I was being asked to call back is 888-582-0117.  It made me do a Google search to find all of these comments.

I won't be returning this call and I will be blocking these numbers.  Thanks for your posts.

Well if you have me listed as a contact for anyone is would be an emergency contact stupid and you called the wrong number. I do not know who this company is. But after the recent breach on my bank card. I am giving no body a call or info. I don't owe nothing. All my bills are accounted for. So no reason in the world for anyone to be calling me.

I am listening to a message left on my Skype phone number I signed up for last month. Nobody outside my immediate family have this number. The woman that left the message has a very strong African-American accent and was asking for Alfonso. She made it sound like a serious matter.
Her "direct" number is this toll-free number, how wierd is that.
I don't know any Alfonso but if I ever do, I'll advise him to stay away from that mean-sounding biotch.

I got the same msg from"Mr. Martin". I had debt back around 2000. I have had NO debt since 2002, no credit cards, no loans (other than my mortgage which I have never been late on)... nothing. If this is a debt collector, it is a bottom of the barrel, end of the line collector that has purchased some really old paper claiming I have an outstanding debt that has been bought and sold down the line from collector to collector for over 10 years now... None of those guys were able to collect, but for some reason "Mr. Martin" thinks he's going to. They probably bought this old worthless paper for about a dime and now think I'm now going to pay them some outrageous debt, interest and fees. Where I live, they cannot sew for a debt over 7 years old, can't touch my credit report either. They can, however, call, harass, intimidate and check if you're stupid enough to 1). answer the phone for them at all, and 2). give them some money. If this "company" is in the US, they are subject to collection and FTC laws. I highly encourage anyone reading this to look up collection laws in your state and learn what they, and you, can and cannot do. DO NOT let these bottom-feeders push you around. If you have a legitimate debt, you should pay it. But, you should call the original creditor and try to work something out with them and skip these a-holes. Especially if they were medical bills, hospitals are VERY flexible with payment arrangements. By all means, learn about collection laws in your state, DO NOT give these knuckle-heads any of your money, learn how you can make them stop calling. You will be helping the world by helping these pud-wackers go out of business.

I got a call from 909-342-6252 and caller ms espi (english accent) left me a message saying that my number was a contact number and to call their office at the 888-582-0117number andi knew it was a lie cause no one has my number as a contact number. I called and it turned out to be a collection agency for a debt that I have no idea what the collector was even talking about. And on the message ms espi left me ms. Espi lied cause she said it was regarding my number been a contact number ms. Espi did not mention she was calling from an agency and its unlawful for collectors to lie.

i got a call from this number got the same call back this is an urgent matter from mr. martin called back and the lady i spoke with knew my name and told me i owed almost 5000 dollars on a loan i never knew i had i asked if there was some paper work they could send me or if she could give me any information on who this loan was through or what it was for and she told me no her company was dealing with it and i have to go through them to resolve the debt i told the lady since this is the first im hearing about it im not resolving anything until i have more information (because i know i never had a loan unpaid and nothing any where close to the amount she told me) after a few minutes of trying to get some more information she ended the call saying do the ethical thing and pay your debts and hung up on me. i called back and talked to someone different and when i asked for information on the "loan" and got hung up on again i called right back and asked to speak with a supervisor and immediately was hung up on again by a 3rd different person. im pretty sure this place is a scam, since this day i have received no more calls.

Same Charlotte woman caled my husband's father this morning citing this "1-888-582-0117" saying that she was "filing paperwork this morning". Geez Louize People! Get a LIFE! To "Fed UP's" point: "It's one thing to call and collect within the law and another to bully people."
