Called three times today. Twice from 1-855-224-6820 asking for the Human Resources about someone that doesn't even work here. Then the same dialogue about a claim number.. blah .. blah... serve papers up at the job...blah...blah. Then she called from 832-900-4782, asking for someone else I have never even heard of. These people obviously have some messed up records. Maybe if enough people complain, they will stop.

This is a Scam and this Jack Houston says he is calling regarding a claim filed against me and calls my family and employer from 832-900-4782 repeatedly.   He is a "Locator" for Accurate and refers you to a claim # and gave me the number to call 855-680-2883.   I call and the lady is nice and says let me verify that you once lived at [an old address].   She then said I had a pay day loan with Integrity and it was returned from the bank and I owed $_____ [over $1,000].   I told her that the locator was harassing me on the job and she said she could do nothing about that.   I asked her what documents these were that they had to HAND DELIVER?  She said copies of the Breach of Contract and Fraud lawsuit they would file.  She would not give me her address.  I told her that debt collection laws were being broken and she said we are not debt collectors, we are a Pre Litigation Processing service and we have every right to contact employers and family.  [yea right!].   So - I told her my attorney would be in touch and she said ok at this point I can only wish you Good Luck.  I filing a police report and have filed with FTC and FBI Internet Crimes Div.  These people stole my information and are very good at using scare tactics and harassment to get your credit card information and make you pay up.  DO NOT PAY, DO NOT TALK TO THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO!

They are using the phone number 8778191590 now they are a third party debt collector that bout your loan and now they are using scare tactics to collect. they can not do anything they are not a licensed or bonded to even collect on debts they are breaking the law just by that, the threats they say breaking another law, not providing information about them, another law, the fact they say they are a law firm yep broke that law right there, claiming they are going to serve you on a bogus lawsuit...you guessed it another law. This company needs to be stopped. They use fake process servers on a bogus local number to get you to call them and im pretty sure its in the same building. Do not give them a dime or any of your information. I hope you wouldn't just give anybody your account number because they scare you.

A Jack Warner contacted me in regards to a bogus claim about a pay day loan.

When I requested to have this debt mailed to my residence, per The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I was declined my right and was advised that I would be served at my residence.

Needless to say, no one ever showed up and served me.

This company infringes and violates consumer rights with profane language and other acts.

This a collection agency which misrepresents itself as a law firm.

They collect debts from pay day loans.

It a Scam!!  They called me and asked me to verify some information and when I refused to verify the information the lady started screaming and yelling so I hung up. She called back a few hours later saying she needs to serve me some papers.  I told her that she has my number so she should have my address so serve me already and stop calling, she started screaming again and again I hung up on her.  
I wouldn't advise giving them any information.

Yep just what I thought.  This lady called me from a local number and said she needed me to verify some information so that she could serve me some papers.  I told her I wasn't verifying anything and since she has my number she should know where to serve me so SERVE me already and stop calling me all day.  She started yelling and screaming some mess I couldn't even understand because she was yelling so loud.  I hung up and did this search.  Thanks for posting your experience with these people because I didn't know what to do.

I just got the same thing a lady just called me telling me she was wanting my address too serve me paper's and she wouldnt tell me what it was about and i told her too find me and she said she would serve the papers too me on oak st i dont even live on oak st. lmao what the hell r they up too now calling from a 3133474601.

They keep calling my job asking for human resources and the person that call when you try calling back they say she is a agent locator and don't work at that company. I am reporting them. Getting these harassing calls on my job

I keep getting calls from number 832-900-4782 and then refers me to 888-586-4261. They refer to a diferent claim number but quite frankly, I am so tired of them calling over and over again.  They call my cell phone and at my office line.  I did answer on the office line and the person told me he is Agent Rose from the FBI.  He began to tell me I have to pay a debt and so when I told him I had no idea what he was talking about he would not stop yellng at me so I hung up.  I then called the local FBI number and asked for an Agent Rose and there is really an Agent Rose but said they never use this approach to contact anyone and therefore, this is a fraud caller.  So now, they are impersonating FBI agents!  Wow!  Now a woman named Amber keeps calling me every 2 minuted over and over again referring me to the same number.  I don't know how to make them stop.  It's beginning to frighten me because this time she said she has confirmed my address and will be delivering papers from the county court.  I have no idea what paper she is refering to!  It's really frightening me!

I got a call from them today, not for Laura, but when I tried to call back it says the agent I am trying to reach is unavailable have you heard anymore about this company?

This person keeps calling my home from this number, actually threatening me asking for a Laura Lee Hudson and tells me I have been officially "warned" about some bogus claim number 977147.  This is not even a company.  If they think they will continue to terrorize me, they are barking up the wrong tree.
