Got the same message about filling a complaint with the district court...based on what I know, if it is a payday loan, the best they can do is move it to a collection agency and proceed with collections...beyond that they won't do much else but threaten...

got this call on my cell the number did come out unknown saying that i owe money to a company and that they are going to send me a summons. that i owe a company money and the companies name is liberty group LLC. what can I do

Got a call from this number. They left a message claiming to be a process server but they were looking for someone who does not and has never lived at my address. They said the person was wanted for several reasons and to call back to get more information. The thing is, my number is unlisted and unpublished, so I don't know how they managed to get it.
