Caller leaves a message saying that it is Vickie and she is calling in reference to a couple of options that we've discussed.

Same - message on work number about "couple of options we've been talking about."
The voice left the 888 594 1192 number, but the number on my caller ID showed 313-483-0366.

Someone should call her back, tell her you're really interested and leave the phone no. of another telemarketing firm.

Has anyone figured out how to report this company or shut down these annoying calls? This (and I wont use the vulgar terms I normally use in reference to "Vicki") is wasting my cell minutes every time I check to see who is calling me from yet a new and bizarre different area code. Sadly, I do not have any outstanding annuities or differed structured payment plans but if I did these people and that annoying dame would be the last person on earth that I would hire to deal with it.

OK... the company name is Client First, more than likely they are trying to reach you because your phone number is listed in reference to you or some person who is owed outstanding proceeds from the sale of an annuity, security or structured settlement. Possibly, what this means is that you or some person who may have had your phone number in the past either sold an annuity, security or structured payment plan or settled an insurance claim. In retrospect the person who owns or owned the phone number they keep calling may not have gotten all that was due to then so they are trying to reach that person and set up some sort of compensation plan.
Regardless, this doesn't necessarily mean they are trying to reach you, that is if you have not always had the current phone number you keep receiving these calls at. In addition, if it really is you that they are trying to reach, these company's operate from a "for profit" vantage point. In other words, if you really do have money or some form of proceeds due to you they are looking to garner a hefty percentage for their own coffers. So... if it is you, get a lawyer or talk to some financial planner type person who you trust before you jsut settle on whatever they are trying to sell you.

It's a settlement/annuity purchasing corporation. If you've ever gotten a legal settlement and have an annuity you can sell portions of it to get money upfront. Unfortunately when you do this, you have to file public documents and these slimeball companies get all your information. Then they call incessently trying to get you to sell more of your annuity to them.
