I CALLED THIS # AFTER RECEIVING A TEXT ABOUT A JOB I APPLIES FOR. IT ALL WENT WELL UNTIL SHE ASKED ME ABOUT FURTHERUING MY EDUCATION AND WHEN I TOLD HER I WASNT INTERESTED IN TALKING TO ANY ADVISOR RIGHT THEN AND THERE..SHE GOT QUITE BELIGERANT AND PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH-THINGS I DID NOT SAY.  BEWARE-DONT BOTHER-ITS A SCAM!

I called them and they simply asked me to verify information that I had on my resume which I've uploaded to at least a dozen sites already. Yes, it did include my home address but that is already public information since I own my home. They did not ask for any sensitive personal information such as last 4 digits of ss or birth dates.

Places like the State of Texas use this site to verify an applicant.

Received a call stating they were a job recruiting agency. They did not want to talk to me about my experience but tried to sell me on getting another college degree.

Hi I got the same message about a job . I also got a email but did not reply. Shouldn't they have to tell you if that they are a telemarketer? Is they any way to stop this? I did not know that it was a telemarketer I thought it was a job application.

This is the message that was text to my phone... Not too long after them sending a request via email telling me they "verify your credit score in order to verify you are an actual person" though the email also states your "credit score has no influence on your hiring status." It takes you to, yet, another site asking for all your information, including last 4 of your ssn. Mind you, website is not https (secure.)
