I tried twice now to call your office to get a balance on my acct and both times with the number
888 603 1387 has been some teenager with a hip hop/gingle so whats up? how can I contact you if your number is either typo or you don't want customers in touch with you.

If I do actually owe this company money, they should send a statement to my billing address or my email like a legitimate company.  Robocalling with no explanation as to why or what I owe is a massive fail in bill collection, so if everyone ignores them, then they're are getting exactly what they deserve.

It is Bay Imaging consultants. Their collections department. Go to bayimagingconsultants.com. If you owe it, Pay it!!

These people are scammers--the first time they called me, a woman spent a lot of time trying to tell me why the payment hadn't shown up, and was strangely eager for me to 'just pay now.' It appears they have hacked their way into someone's database, or one of them works for the real Bay maging and is stealing info.

I received a call from this # today. Checked with my Medical Providers and it is legit. There are many Imaging facilities that this company bills for. I actually looked on my insurance claims and found that I owed them a few bucks. I found that the Bay Imaging has a direct # 925 - 296 -7150 with a live person to talk to. I told her I had been on hold for over an hour ( 15 min) but hey it worked she connected me to a real person. And I now have it all straightened out.

I too got these calls for months.  Go to the website of Bay Imaging Consultants or the Silion ... site and call them directly at their regular office line.  I did this just to find out for myself if these calls were legitimate.  It turns out it is.  My wife, who used Bay Imaging consultant in the past,  has an over due bill for $8.46 :)  They asked for the account number that was referenced but it was on voice mail so I just gave them my phone number and they were able to cross reference it.  I just told them to bill me again and will take care of it. I did mention to them that they need to re-work the message they leave since it definitely sounds like a phishing attempt and not a legitimate phone call.  No one should ever call back an 800 or 888 number to give a credit card unless you know for SURE that phone number is directly related to the company in question.

They have been calling for weeks every now and then but in the last week they call every AM around 8:00 and sometimes in the PM as well. Recorded message telling me to call them with my account number. Driving me NUTS.

Have received numerous calls from this number. Have never tried answering the call. Eventually tried calling the number back but from another phone number; got a repeating phone message but never connected with anyone; eventually it asked me to leave a message, which I did not. I suspect it could be from a source that wants you to return their call so you can be put on a call list. (by validating their telephone number information). Sometimes if you are on a no call list and you get a call from this type of source and you then return the call, that act puts you back on their 'call' list.

I received two calls recently from 888-603-1387 referencing a delinquent account for Bay Imaging Consulting. I called them back and left a mess if  this is a legitimate, send me the information to the address they have for me on file. Never heard from them again.

Also got repeated robocalls on my cell. How can we stop them from calling? I already have my phone registered on the donotcall.gov.

Got a call, don't know the number, Leave my fax on so I don't have to listen to the crap. They quit calling.....

I've had the same experience; a phone message with my full name and an account number.  When I called the number, the message said I had reached the business office - what business office?  If they call again, I'm going to tell them where to go.

I have also gotten repeated robocalls on my home phone. They have my name and give me an account
number and reference Bay Imaging. I know I have used Bay Imaging in the past and am sure I don't owe them any money.

Have periodically received a robocall on my vm, giving my name, an account number and to call this number. When I called, the male recorded voice (not a real human speaking style) described that I called 'the business office' but did not give not the name of the business. The original robocall vm gave the name of reputable business, but I also know I paid that bill. - This is the same scheme as Neena and Irene's experience above. I'm inclined to believe that they are hoping you will call during their business hours and give them your credit card number to pay a bill you do not owe, or they are gleaning more information to expand some other identity theft scheme.

I received a call and they too had my full name and references an account number.  I left a message to call back but they never have.  Said they are with Bay Imaging Consultants.  never been there and I told them that. seems like phishing to me.

same as neena.  several calls, tried to call back no response (on hold a long time)  referred me to a website that has no way of being entered.

Robocalls, left two messages in 3 or 4 days.  Has one of our full names.  The call was identified as from Silicon Valley Diagnostic Imaging, requesting a return call at this number, regarding an account (account number given on the message).
