In reply to your 'shill at wok' response, WE ALL pay our bills dearie. It's when your scammer boss (OR YOU) call innocent people and try to convince them they have something outstanding and say they owe mega bucks. To proove it my friend said to one of these wonder boys, SEND ME A SUBPOENA and even gave a lawyers name! Any 'legit' collector would have sent a subpoena if money ws really due. Guess what? I never got a subpoena and my lawyer never got a subpoena. It's a YEAR now and I am STILL waiting to be taken to court, arrested by the police, FBI, CIA, REPO, The Sherifs County Dispatch, Well Marcel....WHERE ARE THEY? Do yourself a favor and GET A REAL JOB. Make your parents proud.

if you receive a call regarding this company in which they threaten you with legal action, criminal action, or tell you a process server is coming, please report this to the NYS Attorney general by calling 716-853-8404. please record all calls where legal. they are not a lawfirm, they cannot sue you.  threatening legal action when you do not and cannot sue is illegal.

"Check yr self" has used remarks Not Michael and I made -- nine full months ago in a different thread -- as his or her own. To underline the stupidity, Not Michael has not participated in this thread. These remarks are obviously out of context, apart from deriving from discussion of the debt collector's alias Delaney, Ruben and Stein.

The plagiarism is bad enough, but the point of stealing and dumping unrelated comments here is rather lost on me.

I didn't get a letter or phone call from you crooks. I'm just calling you out for what you are. And since I am "anyone posting on this site" that makes you a liar. Actually you were a liar before I posted.

You must be special. Most of the boiler room bums aren't allowed on the internet during scamming hours.

I have a question for you.  How did you find this site?

Most people find this site when they Google a phone number that has been pestering them.
How did you land here?  Did they call you?  Did they ask you to post here?  Did they pay you
to post here?
1. Your "business with them" is not obvious or relevant.
2.  Not Michael doesn't sound upset, but you do. You also sound evasive.
3.  We're well aware of the function of this site. Its function becomes impaired when
spammers and shills are not repelled.
4.  Embarrassment has been risked only by the person(s) slathering this thread for a week in
obviously false raves about a debt collector.

Here are a few facts: (1) Anyone posting on this site has received a letter or phone call from the company in question.  (2)  Every single one of these people have a credit score under 500.  (3)  A credit score under 500 indicates that there are a sleu of charged-off, bad debts on the credit bureau report.  (4)  A sleu of bad debts results in consumers seeking alternate avenues for borrowing (Payday Lenders market to such individuals).  (5) Payday companies are one of the few financial establishments that lend money based on valid employment/income and an active checking account.  (6)  Sadly, more often than not, the consumer will solicit and borrow multiple Payday Loans.  (7)  The concept of the "scam" appears on blogs after receiving collection calls, derived from such bad debts.  (8)  Logically, one would think that anyone "scammed" would certainly not apply for more "fraudulent" loans from a "scam" company; however, they often do just that.  It's never a scam until the calls start piling up.  When the money is received, it is a loan.  When the money is due, it is a "scam" apparently.  (9)  Your credit report is a testament to your integrity and character.  Individuals lacking such traits would certainly default on multiple loans resulting in poor credit and thus, solicit loans from high-risk lenders such as a Payday Advance companies.  (10) And... just as expected, here we are.... right on queue... with a laundry list of bad debts and a shameful credit report... complaining about the calls.  The Payday Loan customer in a nutshell.

Why do these "pay your bills" shills have such poor reading comprehension?

It's a scam when these morons call people that have no debt.  It is a violation of the FDCPA when they leave messages on an answering machine saying they are going to sue you.

Give it up and go back to your boiler room.  Everyone here knows you have no credibility.

Just for the record a collection agency receives  the debts from the creditor... Since every company is a "scam" why don't you pay the lender directly?  Clearly you never did based on the fact that you are receiving telephone calls... This reminds me of the kid who misbehaves and goes to detention... The kid messed up but he's mad at the principal for handing down a punishment...  If you told the bank that you were going to take the money and run It would have denied you; That did not happen... You agreed that you pay it back in accordance with their contract terms...  Don't waste time doing any research just assume every caller is a scam... That's easier than giving back the money...  Why is the US nearly bankrupt?

Ignore him yef. He's just another failure trying to blame others for his incompetence. When a person goes knowingly into a fraudulent occupation, he's just admitting to himself that he can't hack it in the real world of business. Failure breeds failure. That's why places like Erie Co. NY and India are being over run with people that have the ethics and morals of a mentally challenged sociopath.
As to my name, yes it really is Gunnar. I was born and raised here in the US and my ancestors were comfortably esconsed in the northern woods of MN long before the Statue of Liberty was even conceived. When this clowns people were chased out of their country, my people were already real americans. But that doesn't mean that I can't give this lying shill a bit of advice. As I say to all deviant frauds, Skeffa Ett Liv!

Wow -- bigoted much?  I have to laugh at your comment about John, Mike, and Bruce, because these are the types of names favored by the Indian scammers.  You are truly out of touch not only with the purpose of this website, but with the world in general.  Based on what you said about Gunnar, I can only assume that if you knew my real first name you'd make some similar assumptions since my first name isn't "All-American", yet I was born and raised here.  I guess you enjoy judging on appearances and do not care to delve beneath the surface to find out what's really there.  It's your loss.

I'm also busy "fighting for freedom" ... from extortionist thugs who rely on fearmongering and abuse of legal process to make a dishonest living. Guess I'd best keep silent my own opinions of cocaine dealers, insider traders, Ponzi schemers, and protection racketeers, since they're "working men" too.

"Back in your day" there *were* no cheap Indian call centers for outsourcing, unless of course Your Day was circa 2002 and tinted sepia. Maybe you should check that burning smell coming from your pants before you wrap yourself in the American flag.

Back in my day a man went to work, made money and supported the family.  We were too busy fighting for freedom to worry about phone calls from telemarketers in India.  In my day, men were men and handled responsibilities.  In my day, anyone criticizing a working man would be deemed a communist.  With a foreign sounding name like 'Gunnar', it is evident that American culture is misunderstood.  Men with names like John, Mike and Bruce built the community and stayed true to their word.  Banks gave out loans with a handshake to seal the deal - there wasn't ever a threat of running from responsibility.  The common 'blogger' on sites like this took that America away from real men like us.  'Gunnar' may be as common a name as "Dave" over in Jordan, Ethiopia, Iraq or India... what do I know... but his ideals are not common in the home that I call America.

Evidently you're so old that you're no longer able to read. This is about fraud. Not about people not paying their bills.
In this day and age people do pay their bills. They're just less likely to pay Bogus/Fraudulent debt collectors for debts that are invalid or non-existent. This, of course, greatly perturbs the scum-bags employed in the "pay me because I said so" lines of work. Who then come on sites like this to proclaim their virtues and imply that people just want to complain about paying their bills.
Could it be "gramps", that you're nothing more than a desperate 3rd party debt collector who is seeing a slump in your income? And that you're getting agitated because those illegal tactics you've been using for years are failing with increasing regularity?
Well, welcome to the new age. That Internet you said should be used to find jobs has had a far more disheartening effect on you. It has provided people with the resources needed to educate themselves. And protect themselves from the predatory people who for years have depended on the naive to make a living.
I hope, for your sake, that you're not too old or too encumbered with criminal covictions to receive some re-training. You'll be needing a new line of work. The US based bogus debt collection industry is on its last legs. Which is why it's being outsourced to places like India. Where they can pay dirt-bags an amount that is more in line with their actual worth. Have you considered emigration?

In my day people paid bills And credit was used for emergencies... I must've missed the meeting where the banks said you can take whatever you need and worry about it some other time... If people used the Internet to find jobs instead of complain about the bills they created maybe they'd have less calls...

I got a call from these weirdos as well. Sent a message to the fraud unit of my local police. I asked what this call was about and told them that I would be reporting the call to police. They hung up and then left me a voicemail saying that the call was a "mistake" and that having a wrong number is not a crime. They said they would take the number off their list. Then, duh, they called me again a few days later from the same number and with the same recorded message. I blocked them on my phone and have reported it. Weird and not too intelligent caller.

I am constantly getting calls from this number to my cellular phone.  When I tried to call back, they first asked who I am--to which I responded, "You called me, you should know who you are calling."  The man then asked if I was going to tell him who I am, to which I said (adamantly), "No!  You called me.-- there is no reason why I should tell you."  He then said, "Well, you'll just keep getting these calls."

I disconnected the call at that point - it is obviously a scam of some sort, and I don't want to be a part of it.

Yes, I still get there annoying calls, and they keep leaving the same voice mail.  Those Mondays have long since passed, and no one has attempted to serve me with any legal documents.  My attorney advises that if I do receive any such documents, he will handle any return calls, etc.  Meanwhile, I can either change my telephone number or continue receiving these "threatening" calls as a build up to his corresponding charges.

They stole 10,000$ from my mother, forcing me to pay judgements I had against me on my credit report.  My mother is in her 80s and i wasn't untill i threatened to go to the local and national news, facebook and every law enforcement agency did I get my mothers money back.  Oh and I only received barely half of it, but so be it.  I figured i'm lucky I even got that much back.  It took me 2 months to even get a penny back to begin with.  COMPLETE SCAMMMM ARTISTS! Other numbers I have for them while looking on the internet and from previous coversations with there employees 888-599-1499,888-598-5330... http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-388-9656

Also, the real owner of the company or whatever they are was not the "owner" i supposedly talke to in order to straighten out my situation.  Below is the true owner I believe.  I'm not good at puting 2 an 2 together but in the case it speaks for itself. Hope this helps any future people they contact because we do have rights and this is not ok!!!

I just got a call too saying that I was being sued by SSM for an PayDay Advance outstanding loan and they wanted me to make some type of payment to keep it out of court.  After telling him I never took a loan out with the, I asked why it wasn't on my credit report they said it takes years for outstanding loans to go to your credit report but not to be taken to court over.    Some guy named Shawn.  When I kept asking questions he disconnected the call.
