I keep getting calls from this number and they are not saying who they are...but telling me I have an 'important message'...BUT I have to call THEM back!?!?!?

its not really verizon, they are misleading.   when i called the number they said it was verizon but when i pressed them and said how do i know you are verizon "you called me originally from 267-528-0087 and said this is not a sales call please call back at 8886040424,  you did not leave your company name so how do i know you are verizon"  then they admitted they are a collection company for verizon.  I dont owe verizon a penny.  I told them they are misleading and i will report them for robo calling.
