Does anyone know where these guys are. They call, no one is there ( I guess they connect after answered) they never leave a message. I just might have to go there

It is American Suzuki Financial and they are totally incompetent. They send u a bill for your car payment 4 days before it is due then harass you because it is late.
Even when you call them back and tell them the payment is in the mail they call and call (and yes no messages ever. I have answered the phone and got no reply.
I called them to tell them they HAVE to send out the bill earlier and they were so stupid all they could do was change my due date!
I will be refinancing my car to pay them off but by the looks of other comments they will still harass me.
My suggestion is NEVER buy any Suzuki product and if you do DO NOT finance through them.

Yeah...american suzuki financial is totally incompetent . I always pay ahead of tie and they always send me late notices and then the calls.

This bi*** from Suzuki called saying our car payment was past due. I told her to kiss my a**. The car was paid off IN FULL and I have the documents and canceled check to prove it. She said that she was with the repossessions department. I invited her to come get the the car AND a damn law suit. I will never buy a new car from Suzuki again. Dumb b*****ds don't know what the hell is going on within their own business. Sorry for the language but I'm pissed if you can't tell. I'm calling my dealer now and the BBB next. Screw Suzuki!!!
