Called me on my cell. The guy said he was from Goldstein and Associates trying to serve me papers on a lawsuit based on an overdue loan. Completely fraudulent! All the information they had on me was incorrect. They are very rude and insistent. I filed a police and FTC report.

Dude tried to call saying I had "officially been notified." First of all people who serve documents know your address and place of employment. You don't call someone asking for their personal information so they can deliver a subpoena to you. Get real.

This number was left on my machine. Yes, trying to say he was a locator with some document number. Tried to sound all law and order style. Mr. Shawn Parker was his name-o. Boy this guy gets around! Number was listed as out of area. Figured it was a phishing scam. Watch out for schmoes like this.

Called my husband's grandmother and my work. Telling them that they were locators trying to serve me papers. When my husband's grandma asked what it was regarding they were rude and said that she just needs to pass the message along. But, then they asked her about a Dave Wilson because he last name is Wilson. Asked if she knew a Dave Wilson and that's when she figured it was a scam. Then a girl by the name of Brittany calls my supervisor saying they will come serve me at my work and that they are not the firm who does it they are just locators etc. It's a scam.. this is the 2nd time I've had this happen this year..

This is totally ridiculous. Caller Id said "unavailable". I took our message for the answering machine off, so it just says "Leave a message ". This same idiot, when he gets this "Leave a message" has no idea who's phone # he is reaching, but starts with he is Shawn Parker calling for a David Anderson, with a bunch of document #;s - says he has one change to rectify himself and needs an andress, either work or home to serve him. What a dumba--. There is no David Anderson at this #, not even our name, but still continues to leave that ridiculous message.
