I received same call today 1/11/11. i was very offended due to the rudeness of the message left and the fact I knew that I didn't have any bad checks out and if it was any out I definitely wanted to know to whom and when they were wrote cause something is up. I called the # back and received no answer assumed past business hours. I will attempt to call again tomorrow and insist on a explanation. I will let you know what I find out and if you find out anything further please post.

Received  the same call as Tracy (report above) at 2 p.m today, January 11th,2011. Man left a message on my machine threatening to summons some person (whose name I could not decipher) and requested a call back in order to prevent summons charges from being incurred etc.  Identical call as Tracy.  I called the number back to inform them they have the wrong person............ but started asking questions and a very rude lady started attacking me verbally......... I am reporting this incident to the FCC.

I have received several calls stating that I had a summons to be issued for writing bad checks. I was told that I would be given the oppoortunity to pay before the summons was issued. They even gave me a case #. This is a scam. I never write checks, therefore I could not have written a bad check.,  Beware!!!!
