We had pulled our credit report and noticed that different creditors had the same bill from AT&T. But we had paid this bill off almost a year ago. I just spoke to a (SUPERVISOR) name Victor. And he asked me how did I get his number and was hostile that I even got to him. I let him know that they was ruining my husband's credit scores by running the same thing that's been (PAID OFF). He asked me to send in the paper that says that, because they no LONGER DEAL WITH AT&T? HE (Mr. Victor ) provided me with the fax # 1-303-755-5099 so if  this can help someone GREAT!!!

this us the most unethical company u will ever deak with...Half the empoyees smoke pot as well as management....They continue to call cell phones wich is illegal...If they keep calling your cell phone u can sue them....The reason they have an A plus rating the owner is on the board of collectors in Colorado. ..Therei a a big class action lawsit against them in indianan I believe...Not to mention all the times they have been sued...There is no body thay listens to calls to see if rveryone is following the law..AThere soanish collectorscwill lie becsuse no one is there  ti di quality assurance at all...This place needs to be investigated for multiple reasons...I'm sure there clients wouldn't approve of the najority of people using drugs...I've actuak ky hesrdcwhen they called me about s loan I have for school and heard them cursing and talking about drugs...I fotgetvthe name of the federal companyvthey work for but I would get the name of the federal student loan company as I am...I am calling my attorney general snd trying tovget a class action suite....This company  does not folloe the fdcpa....

they have also started using the number 1-866-274-4313 calling and asking me to tell them my address. when i ask who it is they spout out the name so fast you cant understand it. After calling it back several times and and having them keep saying it finally got it. i will not give you my address if you cant tell me what you are calling about hope you have fun with call blocking lol

The reason they have a good grade with the BBB is because they answer complaints that they receive. As long as they do that, they will keep a good grade. BUT, if the BBB starts seeing a pattern of complaints and this company does not fix that pattern, their grade will start to diminish. I know this because I work for the Better Business Bureau. So, with that said, call call call the FTC, AG, and the BBB and file complaints. The more complaints this company has, the better chance of their grade being tarnished and government actions ensuing. I've already taken the appropriate steps on my end, now its your turn.

SAVE all caller ID info and DO NOT answer the phone. allow your answering machine to record ALL automated messages from them. it is against the law to make these calls ( I get them daily including sundays at 7:56 am) you can sue and collect up to 1k per message! I am suing them for a multitude of reasons.

create a file with date, time, phone number that called you, company name.  etc.    log entries for every time that they call you and then report it  Title USC 17   says that they can get a hefty fine for harassing you.  Keep the file on going and they are not allowed to call you on Sundays and holidays.

I agree with you on how ATT sucks. I had cell phone service with them for 5 years. After my second contract expired, I stayed on with them on a month to month basis. When my basic flip phone died, I found out it would cost me close to $200 to replace the phone plus another two year contract. I went with Smart Talk since it was cheaper by the month and I got the basic flip phone I wanted for $30. When I closed the account the rep told me my account was done at the beginning of the next month. Then several months later I found out they charged me for one more month and turned it over to collection when I never paid it. NO BILL... NO POLITE REMINDER TO PAY....NOTHING. The a**holes just sent me to a collection agency for service I did not have. Now I am being pestered for $70 and I did not even have service for the month they charged me for. Glad I have a block feature on my home phone and can send the bloodsucking collectors into limbo when they call.

Oh, yes! Forgot to mention Virtuoso and their CEO Judith A. LaSpada were named in a lawsuit as defendants in a Fair Debt Collections case in Kansas Federal Court December 19, 2011.  

Will be interesting to see where this leads.  Vituoso has had 174 complaints filed with BBB Denver since their incorporation in June 2011 and yet the BBB still gives them an A+ rating.  So much for the BBB being a valid source of a company's reputation.

This number is for Virtuoso Sourcing Group a collection agency out of Aurora.  They use multiple numbers to call from:  888-382-6623, 877-451-8501, 888-610-8527, and so on.   They are registered with the BBB in Denver and supposedly have an A+ rating (yeah, that and pigs fly!).  They have been calling my home, my cell, and my office.  I do not owe anyone anything so.....

So, call, complain, file a complaint with the FTC Consumer Protection Division, the BBB Denver, and the Colorado Secretary of State (they are an LLC registered to do business in Colorado).

A few letters and maybe, just maybe they'll stop their harassment.

They just keep calling, automated response when u answer, then a live rep comes on the line...looking for some business...maybe a collection agency...maybe they bought or hacked an old AT&T customer list...

I just called the number back, the person who answered asked if I was some business, which I'm not.  She said they'd remove my number ... we'll see .......

I get calls from this number several times a day, asking for a name I can't understand.  They just called again (10:50 AM, 10/14/11), an automated voice said hello, then disconnected.

This is Virtuoso Sourcing Group in Aurora Colorado - a collection agency. They are highly aggressive - interruptive and rude. AT&T uses them for collections. I just reported them to my state's Attorney General's office for consumer affairs. You have a right to stop harassing phone calls.

I receive many calls daily to this phone.  No body answer.

I have received like 60 calls of this number in less than 2 weeks and when I answer they hung up or don't speak..

i get a call from these people every day asking for Carl Zimmerman. i'm NOT him!! they don't stop! VERY annoying! it's automated crap and i can't get anybody live to get them to stop!

Had been receiving calls from this number 4-5 times a day. I would either decline them or let them go to voicemail. The voicemails were some computer recording asking for a Martin Jackson. I am not Martin Jackson !!!! So today when it called I answered and had to push 1 to speak to a representative. After 2.5 mins on hold the call was hung up because they were "overwhelmed with calls and to try the number back " . So I hung up and I did call back . A man answered "Vsg how may I help you " to which I responded quite angrily and tersely informing them they had been calling me multiple times a day asking for the wrong person and I was SICK OF IT. the man snapped back " is the the only way you have of informing of this like I did it personally?!" I said yes bc I was sick of receiving these calls waking me up, during my work hours etc.. He angrily asked me for my number , snapped " its been removed" and hung up on me. I swear I get one more call I'm calling the BBB

This is a scam.  These people are not AT&T.  Do not blame AT&T for this.  I have talked to AT&T and I even have a credit balance on my acct!  Report this to AT&T.  They need to know b/c their reputation is being put on the line here/  AT&T was great to me.  They waived a $36 change number fee just b/c of the problem I was having with these people.

They are harassing me too. The calls just started this week but are coming at least twice a day. We are not behind on our AT&T account nor have we ever been. AT&T has terrible customer service which I found out shortly after getting roped into one of their contracts. We have fulfilled our obligation and will be taking our business elsewhere at our earliest convenience. As if AT&T didn't already suck enough, now they have hired a company to harass their customers even when their account is in good standing? Unbelievable! (Thank you to Melanie & Kris77 for the info)

Just got another call from this number.  Glad for the posting up top abt At&T...think it's probably them.  I do have a block ability on my phone now that I know who it is.  I get 5 free ones.  Thanks for this info...

I get a call from this number at least twice a day for someone named Vanessa. I'm not Vanessa!!!  They don't quit and it's automated of course but it's annoying..!
