I got a text asking me to call 888 614 7140, for Bank of America Alert. I do have a bank of America account, but now I see this is Phishing. Thanks for giving us a place to share this kind of info!

got 3 text msgs in a row to contact a 917 phone no. with a code for bank of america alert...very bogus since i don't have a bank of america acct

My daughter got a text on cell phone saying Gold Card had been locked when I called the number recording said to reactivate press 1 then they ask for you to punch card acct number. I suspect they are fishing to gather card info, its got to be a scam.

I also just received two text alerts to call this number. You can forward them to abuse@bankofamerica.com I found the email on their website.
