Baron & Assoc.. Stated that there was a ASC check that tried to come out of our checking Acct in 2008. Also from a bank in Ala. We never lived in Ala much less have an Acct there. Stated it was collecting for a payday loan comp, Hush Hawk LTD Lending Comp. Never heard of them. Reported to police as identity thrfy. This us a bogus collection.

they are Barron & Assoc. / Locater serv. looking for someone that owes them money.  Its there way of finding that person.  What they do is run ther persons SSN, and call everyone that is connected with them.  Call them up at 888-615-9193 and tell them to put you on there no call list!

Received an unavailible number, saying it was my day for my scheduled certified notice and to call 888-615-9193. When I Google that number it comes up with nothing. How can a business have a number that doesn't register on a search?
