got a disconnected call when answered

Just called and cancelled the health email.  I too was unaware of being charge $5.95 for this.  Thanks much!  What a rip-off!

I ordered that new berry diet supplement (you're supposed to have 30 days to try it out).  I really didn't get to use it yet - so I immediately called to cancel it.  They cancelled it but I have been seeing a charge on my May, June & July bank statement.  I got the phone number from the bank and called it (888-0632-0247).  The $5.95 monthly charge is for an "health email" that apparently I didn't cancel!!! (probably because I didn't know it was there).  I asked him to refund those charges and he said because it was for an email and not an actual product, he couldn't do that.  Call the number and cancel the "health email".  Hopefully I have learned a valuable lesson and will look over everything with a microscope before I order anything again from the web.  Hope this helps.

I've got the same charge on my card - I called, got put on hold, and then got disconnected.  I think this may be related to resV Pro that we ordered on line and then found out it was a recurring charge.  Go to www.resvpro.com and see if that helps in any way.

Go the same thing on our credit card with another one and a foreign transaction fee on the same day?  Wonder if they are doing random card numbers and hoping that the card carriers are not paying attention.

This phone number was listed as the merchant information number on an unauthorized charge on my credit card account. I'm trying to get this
charge removed. The country code listed on the charge was "KN", whatever
that means. I would LOVE to find out who these people are and how they
were able to put an unauthorized charge on my account.
