These people had someone call my job and the person told my co-worker all of my business; she told the person the reason for the call and what they were planning to do to me. Then they call the human resource department to verify my employment because they were sending someone to serve me papers. The lady call my reference and proceeded to share the details with that person. I understand that they want to collect the money and I'm now able to pay it......but do they have the rights to share my information with other people.

My 88 year old mother received a phone call from this company today regarding my ex husband who is a criminal. He told my mother that the police are looking for him and that she needed share whatever information she has about him. My mother told the caller that she hasn't seen my ex in years and that she did not want any involvement. The nasty caller told her, "you're already involved, lady!"
She wound up having to take a nitro and she is beside herself. How dare they!
