I called this number back because I had been recieving numerous calls throughout the day. The caller identified the company as Target. I'm assuming they are ignoring the "do not call registry" and trying to solicite credit accounts.

asked for me by full name, then a series of clicks and nothing. Person calling was female and didn't seem to have an accent. Didn't identify themselves
