I've gotten this call from wilson also is there a way to stop getting harassed

Hmmm, all the other posters say that these are criminals, for example threating arrest for debt (which is a criminal violation of the FDCPA). But YOU say otherwise.

So how long have you been running this filthy scam? Looks like you've been using this phone number for only about a month -- and already this site is making it tough for you to trick people out of money on the phone? COOL! Thanks for the vote of confidence, now go back to the boiler room before your crack pipe gets cold.

I'm not sure about the other calls, but a friend gave this number to me and they helped me get out of Check Systems so I could open a bank account, which I wasn't able to do before they helped me. They also so do consolidation, so I was thinking to leave a good review, but I'm hoping I have the right page. lol

I also received a call from a man (didn't write down his name) who had my full name with middle initial. The man on the phone said he received a sealed envelope on his office w/ my name and that I had to call 1-888-641-7456. He gave me a case number, said I was warned and if I didn't call, the person sueing me would continue.  Ended the call by saying, "Good Luck".

I got a call yesterday & today from a blocked number on my cell. I missed the call yesterday & was left a message & I picked up today. The guy on the phone said his name is Jim Wilson & that he received a seal envelope on his office w/ my name & social and that I had to call 1-888-641-7456 and gave me a case #. When I talked to the guy he I asked him who the lawsuit was from & what the call was all about & he wouldn't tell me. He said if I don't call the 888 number that he will serve me in the next 72 hours. I told the guy that since he would not tell me why I was getting sued that the call was bs & hung up on him. It's good to know I'm not the only one getting these harassing calls.

Got a message from a Mr Diaz today saying there was an affidavit out for my arrest, and if i called 888 641 7456 with case V1356 they wouldn't have to serve it. Lols for sure.

We have received three calls from this number which became more threatening with each call.  We don't know the person they are asking for or why they would be using our phone number.  We were told today that the case had been sent to the courts and that we would be picked up.  

I have been having a prowler around my house at all hours of the early morning.  I told this guy that the person was going to get shot if they came into my home.  I had called the nunmber back and the guy said that they were not calling us.  However, his voice sounded just like the phone message only he was more polite when I called him.  If I would have been an older person, I would have probably been really scared at the messages that were left.

I got two calls from someone looking for Kyle and he had my last name correct.  Said "Kyle" had a lawsuit pending and although he didn't get around to asking for money, in a 2nd call he threatened me saying he would serve an affadavit on "my son" if I didn't cooperate (I had hung up on the 2nd call) and this was his message.  He gave the number 888-641-7456 and his last name as Diaz.  Even gave a case number.  Although there is a Kyle in my family, there's no legal problem that I know of.  He was very ugly and threatening.
