Same thing happened to me.  I never directly ordered this. Just found it on my AmEx.  Will ask AmEx to refuse charge.

This is a "reduced fee legal company." Named Member Legal Net phone number 888-642-0071.  Fee charged to credit card for $12.95.
There is a 14 day trial attached to something I ordered. I could not get a direct answer on this. Apparently I ordered something I did want and in doing so, I unknowingly approved this 14 day trial.
