I got a call from Agent Michele Jackson from the Processing Summons Division, saying she was trying to verify my address and place of employment because she has to deliver papers with summons for a case in court, I should consider myself appropriately served, said to call back at 888-831-1864 and that i was accused of trying to for a breach of contract in trying to defraud a financial institution.???
who are these jerks?? I would love to sue!

There's no record of this company anywhere and they called me saying that they had documents that needed to be delivered during the week between 9-4PM and if no one would be there to accept them then they would come to my place of business. Really?
They called under a private number and didn't even disclose who they were with until I called the number they left on my voicemail. These people are crooks that are looking for a couple of suckers to take the bait. They're blowing a bunch of SMOKE. Not to mention, when I called the so called "operator" and asked if they had a website because I was trying to find their information online and couldn't she said "well that's a GOOD thing" but I don't think she realized what she had said because after I asked how was that a GOOD thing then she put me on hold and never came back. So yeah, they're fraud. The number they told me to call was 888-327-0855 btw but I have a feeling these are the same thirstbuckets.

I got a call from these as well. Some company called S R S Mediation services. I spoke with some woman named Lisa Summers.They said there is a summons of some type for the owner of the line.
I wouldn't give them my name because I don't think this is about me. I feel harassed though.
Sounds like some scumbags.
