No, you cannot block your number when calling toll-free numbers. Toll-frees pay for all incoming calls and are entitled to collect incoming numbers.

This is a SCAM and Sucker is a lying scammer shill. You must NEVER give out personal info like "socical security number, city where I was born, mother's maden name and my childhood friend's name" to anyone who calls you. None of this personal info is ever needed to collect winnings. Nor should you have to pay for shipping or anything else. So says the FTC. This scammer is going to steal your ID or empty your credit line or both.

I also received the same card in the mail, supposedly for 2 airline tickets. W. Palm Beach P.O.Box sender on the backside. The 888 number in the other comments is the same contact number listed on mine. I blocked my number and called, curious to see what "company" was behind this.
The person that answered the phone simply answered with a hello and his name, then proceeded to ask for the 4-digit code enclosed in the mailer. He said that Cincinnati "something or other" was sponsoring this and they were inviting "us" to sit for some 90-min presentation, and in return you get a voucher for 2 airline tickets. Of course you need to "qualify." He asked whether or not I was married and am I or my spouse between these specific ages.
I thought it HAD to be a scam, but after the call it's definite. I do not recommend anyone else to call. They are not even pretending to "represent" a reputable and/or legitimate company. Only after they asked for the code did they state which "company" they were representing, one conveniently named of the city I reside in. I'm sure they pulled that out of there a** AFTER they saw where I was calling from, from the four digit code in the mailer. If it would have been Dallas, I'm sure it would have been Dallas "something or other" sponsoring it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I won an Airline Ticket Voucher as Well!!!!!
The people were really nice. I just had to give them my credit card info to pay to ship the voucher. Just a few other short questions to verify my ID like socical security number, city where I was born, mother's maden name and my childhood friend's name... you know, the usual stuff.

Received a letter with no name on it as to whom sender is except: awards department division. That surely don't tell a person a whole lot. Probably one of those scams again. Any one else get a letter? Offering 2 Round Trip Airline Tickets. Sent from Miami Beach , Fla.
