This company has called me 12 times, only left 3 messages stating I needed to call back to finish payday loan application which I did not, have not & will not ever apply!!

This company is stated to be legal a representative, from California, took bank info and other information from me.This company is called Gentle Breeze/1-888-645-4171.A manager,female stated that the company is real payday internet loans, I contacted a legal aid society,milw,wi.,working for the federal attorney office that we can take legal action against them if they take or send money to Mr.Adam Czarnecki.

Here you go! Advance fee loans are illegal period. And in some states, so are the payday loans. Beware of any company asking for advance fee's and wanting it paid via green dot or similar cards.

hi I want to know how can I get any information about seeing if this loan is legal and also find out what people to see who I can contact what kind of people so I make sure I don't have to pay them back. Did you ever have to pay them back or did they contact you I ABOUT THEIR LOANS.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. THE INTEREST RATE IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH AND IT IS HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM.

i just got a loan from them what should i do should i return the money

As soon as I got the phone call from them  6 times then I blocked them I started getting phone calls from all over the US and other places. I am getting like 2-5 phone calls an hour now.

This number just called 8 times in a row, back to back.  I would decline the call and it would immediately ring again.  They left one voicemail - Erica from Gentle Breeze.  She said that I filled out a payday loan application 'awhile back' and they want to finalize it now.  Umm, no, I didn't.

I sent them 1800 for a ten thousand dollar loan and now they want answer the phone or email

Check with your state to see if they are licensed to do business in your state. If they aren't you don't have to pay them back. But close your account and open a new one

So this number was calling me all of a sudden since Wednesday. So on Thursday i answered it. They sounded legit. So on Friday I sent them the money $183.. they told me the funds will be there in 15 minutes. No money came to my account.. they said they are with the gentle breeze company but the number is 3615963565. They sounded like they were Indian. Please don't trust these people.. because now how do I get $369 back!!

Agreed.  That's what I did. . . I hadn't been able to contact them in over a month.  I will be glad when they start calling me so I can get this over with.  Never again with Gentle Breeze

Unfortunately I have had the same pleasure.  I had to close my checking account and open another.  However, make note of any and all emails you send them, even send a certified letter to them in case of court cases later.

I was able to get into my account and copied all my account information, including responses to customer service.    Never again will I apply to this company or whatever it is.

Close your Account right away.  They are fraud. They waste time whatever you go to do to change your account do it ASAP. God Bless you and he will make away for you.

They have called multiple times and i keep asking to be removed as I am not interested in their services. Every time I ask to be removed they ask for personal info and I tell them they do not need it and then I get hung up on. I called back and said I was going to file a compliant and was hung up on again.

if it is gentle breeze and you did a loan,  then they will keep calling you to pay off the debt ,  they are an indian base loaner from caifornia and the have finacial amisty  means the better business bureau cant touch them     but some online payday loan sites are more than willing to give you a loan,  at ridiculous rates,  but before you sign anything look at the  paperwork real clear, see if they are even licensed for your state.  if not they cant come back at you they have to default..   be careful

listen i had went to speak to a lawyer and he told me to  either close my acct so they could not pull any more or spend 35$ and put a stop payment for 6 months at the bank for this company.  and then when they called me back all of a sudden there was going to be no more fees i just needed to pay the debt,  yea right,  what they are pulling from your acct is called a fee and does not even go towards you ballance,  i stoped it the 2nd time they pulled out...  and all of a sudden no more finance fee and i got a 70% reduction of my loan pay off,  i have been doing some research and you have to be careful some companies are not even licensed in all the states and should not be giving you a loan or ccd.     jsut be careful   there are so many scams out there...

Is there any way to stop these jerks from calling?  I have blocked and reported, numerous times. I have been and am still on the do not call list.

I still get calls.  Short of changing my number, I don't know what else to do.  Any suggestions?

They have called me over 25 times in the week since I put an app in online and at least half of these calls were after I told them 4 times that I no longer wanted this loan. They seem quite desperate to lend me money which is not a good sign.

This is a payday loan company. They are really off the hook calling my cell phone back to back non stop! Getting sick and tired of them using up my minutes like this! Already changed the bank account and now ready to change my cell number after the 15th it will be shut off perm. These people don't get the idea to stop harassing like they do! All day long it is actually phone harassment! And yes I can bring charges against them however, it is a real pain in the a** to get the police to have a phone trap put on my cell phone to stop the harassing calls and file charges against them for this. They never leave a message so they don't get a call back! More so over they have my job on the line now!!

This call kept calling all day yesterday, and now the calls started at 8:39am and keep continuing, I wud call back if they left a message, what shud i do about this??

They called me 14 times today , in only the span of 4 hours...... They finally left a message after the 14th call... I don't even remember applying for a payday loan....

I have received a total of 27 calls from this number since Mar 21st.  My number is on the do not call list.  I've asked them to remove me.  I think that just makes them call me more.

I have also reported them.  I hope this madness stops soon.

They just called me 3x in the last 10 minutes. Didn't leave a voicemail. I picked up the last time (4th) and they said they are calling from "Jenson Loans" or something.  Said i applied, i said no. They said it may have been old - haven't applied for any loans - period. Asked them to take me off the list. It takes a few seconds after they call for someone on their end to answer.
