My mother-in-law has been receiving BOTH a $29.99 AND $39.95 charge from the same "business" (if you can call it that!) for 4 consecutive months.  When you call both 888-645-6503 AND 888-604-7625, you will receive the same voice message:  "Thank you for calling. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, from 9am until 5pm, EST. Please call back between these hours and someone will be glad to assist you."  There is NO NAME given to identify the business. Since it is Saturday today, I will have to call back on Monday to find out if there is really anyone answering the phones.
In the meantime, we cancelled her Credit Card (they had "hand keyed" the account number) and they will be sending a fraud investigation statement for her to sign/date. Once found to be fraud, her account will be credited for ALL charges!
If you think you may be the victim of fraud, you might want to do the same.
