I got the same message and called the number and it said Providence, but no one ever answers. They said they have served me and that I'm being summoned, this is such a fake, I don't know how they contacted my job or even tried to contact someone where I work. This us definetely a scam, just trying to get information.

They called a friend of mine several times today and threatened him with a lawsuit. He has no outstanding bills. They said they have him on surveillance camera at a "check and go" store....he's never been to such a place. They harassed him until he gave them the last four of his social ....very intimidating. My friend has nothing going on, but they are really threatening to him. Said that they know where he lives, etc. We plan to call the DA's office tomorrow morning.

I got the same exact thing. I've had this happen before and it was from a payday loan from a couple of years ago. I called the number back and the company name was Providence.
