I no longer allow these calls to bother me. I simply add the number to my block list and that's the last I hear from them.

Don't bother talking to these people, reasoning with them or asking to speak to a supervisor. They don't care. Your phone number is just an inventory item to them. Don't be upset. Just hang up and block their number. Done.

I can do you better than that.. hubby bought a 2009 Ford f-150 brand new.. It came with Sirus radio and he took advantage of what was offered then and not now, of a life time guarantee for $400.. since then, we've received mailings from Sirus on 2 different vehicles stating we had the Sirus for free for 3 months.. Problem, we haven't bought a car since the Ford and certainly wouldn't buy the 2 that stated we did.. this last one , a  2011 Chevy Camaro, we now get these MVS mailings.  they show no address and wish they did on the mailings so I can return them.. I refuse to call the phone #

I don't know how they got my name, address, model and make of my car.  I assume it was title information from DMV, but  when you mentioned Sirius XM, I remembered I had to register for six month free subscription of Sirius XM when I bought my car.

This place is called Motor Vehicle Services in St. Peters, MO.  The BBB has lots of complaints about them.  If you can find the Customer ID on the letter, you can call the number and try to get your information removed from their mailing list.

Sirius xm radio is selling people's names who have subscribed to their service. I know this for a fact since I ordered service for a friends vehicle & now I am getting these scam emails and calls about a car I don't even own.  Really pisses me off!

Motor Vehicle Services, huh? Apparently they figured I wasn't kidding around when I let them know how angry I was and demanded to speak to the supervisor the last time they called (predictably they hung up on me), so the started sending me this piece of crap instead. Too bad they didn't give a return address, or I would have taken the return envelope, torn the letter up, mailed the bits back with a note saying exactly what I would do it they pulled this stunt again, and mailed the cow turd back where it came from.

You have to report these to the post office before they can investigate it..

No phone calls anymore as I asked them to remove me from their calling list and also told them I was on the don not call registry. Now they are trying to mail me junk. No return address just the phone number 1-888-660-1255. I don't even own the car they are sending this on.

Not stupid enough to fall for a fraudulent mailing.

Wish the government would also cut done on the mail that is unsolicited.

I didn't get a call but a piece of mail telling me that my "...factory warranty has expired ..." and to call them before 2/16/14.
The mail had general info about my car: year, make and model but no indication that the source was Dodge, Jeep Chrysler.
I called and they tried to talk me into a 5 year Platinum warranty for @$3,700.00. Did not like the feel of it so I hung up on them. Could very well be an auto warranty scam.

I have been receiving this same junk mail too. It is intimidating to those who take it seriously. I called the number and asked to be taken off their mail list. They obliged. But they were persistant and I have received two more Warranty Protection forms since I asked them to take me off the list. These people should not be allowed to intimidate or frighten the consumer. Time to talk to the Postmaster and ask what procedures could or should be taken to stop this junk mail.

I keep getting junk mail from this "extended warranty" scam company. Whats funny is
.. The car they reference on the letter was totaled a long time ago . An extended warranty is useless. LOL. Just wish they would quit sending junk to my mailbox.

Phone number given on deceptive paper junk mail ad for third-party auto warranty scam.  Appears to be the same St Louis MO company described at:  http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-238-6239

Looks like they're changing phone numbers to keep ahead of their bad rep?
