The problem I have with these type of companys is that they have my business phone number not my fax line. When they call we must answer the phone but are unable to recieve a fax in order to cancel. They do not have name or number display so we are unable to contact them . I will switch my lines when I can to recieve the fax and cancel. This is a drain on my resourses and wish my number was not passed around like this.

These fax advertizing companies should all be outlawed. As a home based business I receive these ads @ all times of the day and night. If losing sleep over them is not bad enough there is also the fact that each and every one costs me money in the form of fax paper and wasted ink rolls that go into my fax machine.

This information stated customer name, address, phone numbers and all credit card info, such as card name type, number, expiry date, etc. as well as the customers signature.I tried to contact these people but only get a recording at 1 888 662-2677.

I am soooooo sick & tired of receiving these junk
faxes!! Why is it that we can not talk to these people
or have my company's fax number removed??? It costs us
a small fortune in wasted fax paper!! I'm going to send
them an invoice for it all!!

Perhaps we should all program our fax's to call their BUSINESS numbers, so their phone line will be tied up all day... by hundred of people who keep getting junk fax's who have had enough of their allpoints  junk...

I thought when we registured our numbers on the DO NOT CALL list, these people couldn't call these numbers, my phone has stopped ringing but my fax is working OVERTIME..

We are a large company and are tired of receiving faxes from this company and the companies they are representing.  I phoned today left message to remove our fax number and to do a Global Surpression on our fax number and if I receive any more faxes from this company after 31 days that we will file a complaint with the CRTC.  Our we trying to save trees or just kill them.

spoke to them and very bluntly stated I am sending them an invoice!!!
something I have done is call who ever the fax is from and told them I will be sending them an ivoice as well

I called to have my number removed, but they still fax. So I just started calling their clients to have my number removed. Hopefully if enough complain something will be done.

I keep getting junk faxes from allpointssolutions even though I have requested my number removed.

We receive many  of faxes from this company at very inconvenient times.  When you call to have your fax number removed, you are only removing it for the single client they were serving by sending that particular fax.  Visit their website at http://www.allpointssolutions.com/contactus.htm.  It states the following:  

"Removals:  service@allpointssolutions.com
Please quote your document number and your fax number to be removed from a client's list when contacting us or specify if you would like to be removed from all our lists."

We have emailed nad asked to be removed from all clients lists.  if the faxes do not stop, we too will make a complaint to the CRTC.
