i would like to think that there is someone in a investigative office or police dept /fbi or someone who can trace down the people involved in these fraudulant dealings and throw the book at them / put them in prison for scam and fraud acts apon the inicent average hard working people.
there is a seat in HELL for these people and may they rot there.

Yes, I did order the CD video for $29.95 "Ultimate Grant Secrets"and after I received this CD, I was billed twice again for $29.95  and then I was billed five times @ $74.95. Bank of AMerican is trying to take care of this continous problem, why should an organization get away with these poor business practice.

I was given the e-mail address from a friend who told me about the Grant help CD.After ordering the CD for $3.99 which I have still not opened.
I was charged $74.95 in February, $74.95 & 29.95 in March and again in April.
I have spoken with Egene on 4/27/09 and was assured that I would see a refund on my next credit card statement.
However I was charged again in May. I called again on 5-29-09 and spoke with Pablo who said that he would refund the money to my account and was given a confirmation number.Now today is 6/4/09 and I spoke with a Arnold and he said that there will not be any refunds anymore.
Funny!! It sounded like the same guy each time that I called.
I have cancelled my credit card and have been scammed for over $300 because I did not pay attention to my credit card statements.
Someone will stop them soon and I would like to be the one!

Grantordership.com has already charged me $74.95 three times and $.60 three times for a "foreign currency exchange" fee.  I called my bank and they said all I can do is close my account.  I really don't want to close my account with Eastman Credit Union.  Any other ideas?  Any help will be apprciated.  I don't keep enough money in my bank account to cover these rediculous charges.  Therefore, I've also lost $196 in insufficient funds fees.   Thanks go all of you for reporting in.  I was beginning to think I was the only person in this boat.

I have been dealing with trying to get my money back from this "supposed" company. The charged my bank acct. the 3.95 and then and additional 74.95 just like everyone else has reported. I went through my bank and disputed it then found out they  disputed my bank got the charges back from my bank once and then they took then away from me because the "company" claims they have proof of my authorization of all charges to my acct. I obviously cancelled my card and glad I did as I see that others have been charged the 74.95 monthly. All of the rep. at the 888-662-8762 will hang up on you once you start asking too many questions. They say they are only a third party billing company and cannot guarentee a refund but can try to process it through the original company. They assure you that they are not a fraud when on the calls don't that sound suspicious. If anyone has any other information please let me know.

I didn't receive a phone call; however, they took money out of my debit account for cds that I never ordered.  I've called this number and they won't give me the address of their business or a supervisor.  I asked Josue what the charges were for.  He said "refunds for ground help order."  When I asked him what that meant, he couldn't tell me.  I will continue digging into this.  I looked up this phone number on the internet and it says it's a credit card fraud number.  I have no idea how they got my debit card number.  If it happens to you, cancel your card immediately with your bank so they cannot keep charging your account.

yes cancel your card. i canceled my trial thing early and that was 5 months ago. they take the 74.95 out every month and i have to go through a bunch of s*** to get it back. now they are saying they are trying to deposit it but it wont go through. and when i call to talk to a manager there is none they say. they said they are all supervisors and they are to read what is written on the computer in front of them.  i sure wish i had a idea on how to deal with this s***. i am so over this

about the only thing you can do is cancel the credit or debit card. A real hassle, I know, but that's about the only way you can stop these people - they are real bottom feeders.

Well I got the same story as all the rest. Least I know Im not the only one. I too paid the 3.95 CD. Then got the surprise 74.95,called an talked to a guy that didnt know much english. He said it would be refunded in 10days. He didnt sound like he knew what he was talkin about. Well been 10 an I got another 74.95 charge. B*****ds!! Im now filing the disputes also. An the two numbers dont even ring,its dead air for 3sec an then it ends the call.

same story here, ripped off for $149.90. Called 888-662-8762 with no results after numerous calls. tryed 866-960-0858 on 5/4/09. very polite man there said it would get handled  soon. good to hear a few of you got your money back. gives the rest of us hope. go to www.granthelporder.com where you can cancel online also. you will recieve a followup e-mail from them saying you have been cancelled and no further charges will be billed to you. Keep after them, keep calling until you get your money. After you do,I would still cancel my card and get a new one issued. Not sure I trust these crooks, even with an official e-mail notification of cancellation

I have been done the same way. I was promised a refund to my account twice at no avail. They owe me now for three months of $74.95 I am having my bank stop all payments to this fraud. I think we all need to keep after this company untill everyone as been refunded and put out of bussiness!!

When I tried calling the numbers given they don't even connect.  So, tomorrow morning I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.  The BBB knows what to do with crooks like this.  I've had to contact them before about other scamming businesses.

I had exactly the same experience. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. They took it off my account, but rebilled it when they received documentation from the bank that handles the account for that customer. I told them I would like to know what documentation they could have from a bank that shows I received any merchandise for the $74.95 I was billed for. They told me that I could dispute the charge again once I get the paperwork that they sent me in the mail. I will update on the credit card company as well as the Grant Writing Express company as soon as I hear. Meanwhile, I will contact the BBB and a local news station about this fraud.

I haven't recieved a call from this number but I did talk to someone on the other 866-960-0858. This person told me that I would be recieving my refund for 149.90 in twelve business days and I still have yet to see this assed back into my account. Now I can't even get this number to go through it keep hanging up. I am unemployed and now my account is overdrawn due to these people. you need to make sur that they cancel your account get your ref # and after nyou do call back a couple more times to make sure that they follow though on there part I know it sounds annoying but I got my money back you have stay on them

im trying to call them right now. They had taken 74.95 out last month and I called them twice. the first time they told me that the money would be back in 3 days..... two weeks later I called them again and they said they had a FIRE and the money would be back in 3 days..... a month later they take out 74.95 out of my account again and low and behold, the numbers I call are hanging up on me... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET MY 150 dollars back.... I NEED HELP!

I also was scammed by Grant Writting Express Granthelporder.com. They drafted my account the 3.95 for shipping then two weeks later took 74.95 out my acct March 16, 2009 then again on April 14, 2009 for the same amount. I contacted my bank. If you contact the bank in time you can have the charge reversed. You will need to go to the bank and fill out forms for this process. You will need to cancel your debit or credit card. Also contact other people who you have automated drafts come out monthly. It's a process but worth it. The numbers listed for customer service 866-960-0858 and 888-662-8762 both went to dead air and ended. I am considering contacting the news to report these people on the air so that everyone will be aware of the scam.

I cannot stress enough to every one to get the cancelation number while I had cancelled everything on 3/11 they were still trying to bill my card for more money it has taken 4 attemps to get my refund. I have finally received my funds. all I can say is follow up follow up an follow up  until you actually have your money back call several times cause they will tell you that cannot find your info.

I too fell for the "Free" CD for $3.95 shipping...based on the "recommendation" from Government Grants Report (www.grantsreport.com) and no where did I see the $74.95 charge.  I did go back and find my order confirmation and they did say there that my seven day trial membership was now active, but I assumed that was for the Grant Help Center because it was referring to it as a bonus program and a supplement to the CD, and it gave me a username and password that I have never used.  I guess I was lucky that I did at least receive the CD, but haven't opened it and now won't be putting it on my computer - Lord knows what kind of viruses/malware it may contain!

I did call the 866-960-0850 and got a hold of a guy who eventually was willing to refund my money - after I asked him if he had evidence that I was shown and affirmed that I had read and understood the T&Cs.  He told me it would take 7-10 days, and I will be calling the credit card company on day 11 to dispute the charge if it hasn't shown up.
